We came here today after the amazing reviews seen on Google and was left disappointed! We ordered the Chicken Waffles and French Toast w extra Bacon.

The Chicken Waffles ($23)- made with “nashville southern fried chicken” but to me it was a fried schnitzel with a sprinkle of paprika on top. And the chicken was really dry which is super disappointing. The waffles was also a bit dry and came out cold :(

The french toast ($20.90) - looks really yum but it wasn’t toasted properly at all as the inside was still very doughy and lacks that toasty buttery taste. The sauce on top was also questionable. The extra bacon ($6) came out super cold as well.

The service and atmostphere was good - just a bit disappointed to see the food didn’t meet our expectations! I hope that this review will help the business...

Visited Ms Felix Café with family for brunch, and all the hype around this new spot did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles—and we were pleasantly surprised by how much seating space there is inside. We tried a few different dishes the scorpion chilli eggs with roti, eggs benedict and southern fried chicken tenders and apple crumble French toast (wish I’d snapped some photos!) and honestly couldn’t pick a favourite—each one was unique and absolutely delicious, but if I really had to choose it would be the apple crumble French toast, yum!! And the coffee? Wow. Love, love, love. We couldn't leave without a takeaway, pistachio croissant and a biscoff wheel with of course more coffee! This will definitely be our go-to coffee spot in St Kilda...

I was quite excited to hear about a cafe opening in the area as we don’t have enough nice cafe/brunch spots around Ackland. I ordered coffees for the table along with a pistachio croissant and cheese jalapeño bagel. The food was quite average given the prices. The baked goods were served dead cold. If you are charging Lune bakery prices then the quality of food needs to meet the expectation. The pistachio croissant was $12.5. coffee was okayish, the coffee strength and flavour was basic as it’s best. I wouldn’t get hyped up to visit this place..nor would recommend a planned visit. To summarise it is...
