This has been my go to for lunch for quick bite. The recent experience has not been the best. Loved their salad and rice paper roll but yesterday had the grilled chicken vermicelli salad and it was okish due to the sauce. If you look at the quantity of the sauce it is way too less. The salad was quite fresh as usual but service by the girl (in picture) wasn’t the best. Couldn’t even make a proper request. Asked for extra chilli and didn’t looked too happy about it. A neat little Bakery that sells some awesome foodstuff, they're changed owners afew years back but that hasn't impacted their food or service at all. They're probably right now one of the few original remaining shops in Prahran these days and because of this I'll continue to support them while ignoring all other chains etc. They have survived the gentrification of the area and because of this mass respect. They may not have the glam surroundings but their food and prices speak for themselves and in the end of the day that's what matters in the end. Try their barbecue chicken, pork crackling (if you can eat it?!!) and last but not least their rice paper rolls which are to die for!! I got the take away chicken and beef pho. It was very convenient, with the noodles and soup in separate containers, along with a bag of fresh herbs/vegetables. Easy to carry and pop into my car without spilling anything.

The chilli sauce was the perfect blend for me; a bit of tang and a bit of spiciness but not overpowering. The soup and herbs had a good mix of flavours, the noodles had the perfect texture.
