Place been open since 1989, I’ve been coming to them to get my Indian fix since 1994. The quality of sweets has not changed much, they are brilliant! Hot food selection is limited given it’s primarily an Indian Sweet shop, that said all the items are made well, my favourite is Chole Bhature and Chicken Biryani. Dine in option is available. Halal food is provided. Highly recommend the following, tried them many times without disappointment. - Chole Bhature, watch out, the Bhature are fluffy and big. - Chicken Biryani. - Veg Samosas, made fresh in batches. - Jalebi, also made fresh daily. - Gulab Jamuns- dark ones are yum. - Lunch packs both veg and non veg options. Do give them a try, they are the flagship place in Little India Dandenong.

I had a meat samosa and a vadai when I was at the shop.. Leaving, I was so sad that it'll take a long drive till I get to taste them again, I bought some more.. and I also saw an abundant of these orangey ringed snack-like thing.. the lady gave me a taste, and won me over! It's super sweet, but it's so good!! It's called jalebi. I'm definitely recommending to try jalebi, and I'll be back for sure!

Okay, so we recently compared this to a couple of places in India (Prayagraj and Chennai) with respect to Punjabi-style Indian and this is betterer. I think (I’m pretty sure) this is one of the BEST restaurants in Melbourne. Sure, it’s got some front as a sweets shop (sweets are insanely good), but it’s also just plain brilliant. The food is consistent, and tasty. I’m now a regular I suppose but I can’t go past this place. Try the chicken tikka, lamb tawa, chicken briyani, aloo gobhi and cap it off with sweetened masala chai (okay fair dues, I’ve had better chai elsewhere, namely Ahmedabad in da street) but still). Eat here. Is good. Is...

This was a realy good reataraunt once upon a time. As of late it has gone down hill. Was hung up on multiple times while placing a pick up order. The lady heard the order and hung up. She never confirmed the order or told me how long it will take she just hung up and would repeat hanging up when i called back.I travelled 30minutes to get there and when i did i ordered some sweet a because i was craving them so bad only to get home to see mould on them. Very very disappointed that it all went in the bin. Don't see myself returning...
