a group of us attended recently, the food was average and customer service was terrible - there was however one particular indian/lebanese looking man who we assumed to be the manager and/or owner, he was absolutely disgusting to customers and other staff. He was dismissive, rude and the experience turned us off our meals. There was a female in our group who had her small handbag hanging on her chair and he rudely told her to move it as it was "in his way" as he was carelessly walking past and knocking it. Another customer on another table had not been attended to so she helped herself to menus which were on the bar and as she stood up to grab them she was told that she was "in his way" as he was bringing meals out and he rudely told her that they will bring the menus to her (despite this not already being done in her first 15 mins). Another female staff member was walking around the corner when he was bringing meals out and they knocked into one another which resulted in 3 CHIPS falling on the floor off the plate (no big deal, right?), however he made a huge deal out of it despite her apologising, he yelled at her and told her in the most condescending, disgusting manner to clean it up. one girl had her bank card tap not working, her card declined after tapping it and he belittled in front of everyone her by throwing the declined receipt at her and walking off, he didn't give her the chance to explain that the tap sometimes doesn't work and that it needs to be inserted, she then had to leave her table and walk up to another staff member to process the card. the bar staff was also short and the wait was long, they are clearly not capable of attending to customers in busy periods. will not be returning and would not recommend anyone to experience such...

Worst eggs Benedict I’ve had in Melbourne, really struggled to find something good about this place. My eggs weren’t over cooked? That’s it, everything else was bad from the moment we walked in. Told to sit anywhere we wanted we chose a table that suited us, unfortunately it still had dirty dishes all over it. After waiting for 15 mins without anyone even looking at us let alone clearing the table or giving us menus we went up and got our own menus from the counter. We then moved tables to a larger one that didn’t have any dirty dishes on it. About 10 mins later I watched staff take away the dishes but leave behind the glasses that had clearly been used and set up the table with these for the next unsuspecting customers. Lovely. When we finally got our food, my eggs were served on top of a dry burger bun alongside store bought frozen hash browns, low quality bacon and hollandaise sauce that had split leaving a clotted oily mess on my plate, just emphasising the lack of any cooking skills. The whole meal tasted like vinegar and was borderline inedible. The coffee was ok. We were never asked about our meal and as it had taken so long were in a rush to leave so never had the chance to mention...

Had booked online (pre show dinner) and had booking confirmed. On arrival, it seemed not to be there. We were early diners so meal arrived promptly. However, we'd barely finished it (still finishing drinks), when we were asked to vacate table (by owner I assume) to make room for other diners. He then muttered something about you didn't have a booking anyway! Untrue! (Read 1st line of review). We were not offered coffee, dessert, (which we were intending to have) just bundled off. (It was wet, still an hour before the show; I have an injury that precludes much walking and standing at present which meant hanging out in their already overcrowded bar area was not possible - no seats). Very rude. We left and will not go back! Their greedy desire to get more diners in, to the detriment of the ones already there is unbelievable! We have never encountered such an occurrence ever before anywhere! Avoid is my advice! I will certainly not recommend this place to any friends! Oh, and if their online booking system doesn't work as it should, fix it!...
