This place only opens on weekdays and is a popular takeout option for workers around the area, especially for the panini sandwiches which is available from 11AM. To avoid the long queue, it is best to go before 12PM to avoid the lunch rush hour. Ingredients are prepared and the panini is assembled to order. The panini uses fresh bread roll which is not toasted, a little dense but has a nice texture and chew. I tried the porchetta and cotoletta. The porchetta had a distinct porky taste with some refreshing rocket leaves; meat was thinly sliced so it was tender. The crumbed pork in the cotoletta was also tender with a nice crunchiness from the coleslaw. Both panini were tasty and quite filling but was a little dry for my liking.

Very Tasty! I don’t know why it’s taking so long for me to come here, I must’ve walked past hundreds of times… It’s always busy around lunchtime and I suppose that must’ve put me off but the line moves super quick and the services delightful:) Opted for the Cotoletta. It’s a super tasty free range pork schnitzel crumbed beautifully with provolone cheese, mayo and slaw. The combination makes for a tasty sandwich. I the service was great, they’re really organized here with lots of staff on each stage of the production line, no wonder the line moved so quickly. My favorite was the lady who was yelling out your orders, great accent, very fun! Do yourself a favor and don’t wait as long as me to try this place, delicious!

ORDERED: 🄪 Prosciutto: Prosciutto Toscano DOP, fior di latte, rocket ($14.50) REVIEW: Simply made, you can taste every single ingredient. It's a sandwich that focuses on high quality produce because there's nothing to hide behind. It's bloody delicious. Prosciutto that's perfectly salty and fresh rocket which adds a bit of bitterness. Creamy fior di latte which carries all the taste through without overpowering the other flavours. Chef's kiss. The minor issue is that their bread can be a bit hard at times. I'm talking hard enough to snap my permanent retainer wires in my teeth šŸ˜‚. However, top trick from my friend is to eat the bread upside down. It actually works šŸ˜‚.

I went to Saluministi for the first time today after a recommendation from my work colleague. I told her I really fancied a good sandwich for lunch, so she said I must try the sandwiches at Saluministi. And, OMG was she right.... THE BEST sandwich I have had in a very long time... took me back to trips in Italy, Spain and France where the bread is divine, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. So so yummy. This is now going to me my absolute go to when I crave a good sandwich, and I will definitely be telling my friends about it!

I do have to agree with a couple of the other reviews that mentioned price, I think that $12.50 is a little pricey, but at the same time sometimes you do pay more for the quality, which is exactly what it was, quality.... and I wouldn't let it stop me from going again... and again....and again. :D

Thanks guys, you made...
