Sbriga Espresso Bar — Restaurant in Melbourne

I’ve tried this place a few times and each time the staff are so rude, the lady who serves and the bald guy who makes the coffee (maybe the owner) are both so miserable that it depresses me to stand there watching them while they make their coffee. They hardly muster up a hello and taking my order seems like such an inconvenience. The food selection is abysmal, their cabinet is empty except for a few ham sandwiches. The coffee was $5 (what a joke) and burnt. I would try again cause it’s right under my building but it’s the staff that really turn me away, if they are on the counter I’ll keep walking to one of the 100 other coffee shops that are close by. This is apparently the place where people at my workplace go. One of my co-workers described it to me, saying how it was "hidden" and "difficult to spot" when in fact it is extremely noticeable, so much so that I actually notice it every time I walk pass that street, so I'm not sure what she meant. Everyone calls this place 'Sbriga', and yet she said that its name was 'King Street cafe' and yet google says the name of this place is 'King St Espresso Bar', so which is it?
