Donut King Bathurst Armada Central (Stockland) — Restaurant in New South Wales

Worst donuts ever. I ordered a dozen hot cinnamon donuts on Sunday and they were the worst I’d ever had, and unfortunately I didn’t discover until I’d already left Bathurst on my way home! They were stale and stodgy, unevenly sized, overly dark coloured, seemed overcooked and excessively sugar coated. I’m fairly sure it was a box of day old donuts that were refried! There was also a thick layer of clumpy cinnamon sugar in the bottom of the box as if they’d given me the box that they had been using to coat the fresh donuts! I was truly appalled. Especially when I’ve gone out of my way to buy them as a little treat to take home to my family. I noticed that the lady who ordered donuts after me was told there would be a bit of a wait on the donuts, and the young girls began mixing up a fresh bowl of batter. Coincidence? Hmm. Very...

Like many of the other posts, rude staff. I get annoyed because they had just sold the last cinnamon donuts before I got there (after having been unable to get any that morning because their eftpos machine wouldnt work), and I was apparently threatening them, despite not once addressing them, speaking to them, and barely even looking at them as I voiced my disappointment to myself as I walked home.

Either the workers were looking for any excuse to raise trouble (I doubt it, they seemed nice enough face to face) or the manager was looking to be annoying and try rile people up like the karen...

i gave this place 1 star for the horrible customer service i experienced. I had the smallest order but the lady decided to make quakeshakes and batches of 12 donuts first , at the end when i got my milkshake she hadnt mixed it properly i hope this place improves it's...
