My complaint though - I asked for little tomato sauce on the side. The server asked whether it was fine if it was chargeable and I hesitatingly agreed thinking it'd be 50 cents. But to my surprise, it was $1. You cannot be charging $1 for little tomato ketchup. Most places would give it for free. I understand that sometimes restaurants might need to charge but you get 500ml bottle of tomato sauce for $2 at Woolies.

Read moreI came from Melbourne to Perth for just one day as I had an appointment nearby this Cafe. I ordered a Graceful Chicken with chips but I didn't consider my appointment was starting soon. So I asked the staff if they could save my Chicken for later as I didn't have enough time to eat it and they apologised for it when the one who had to apologise was me! They even gave me a cookie so that didn't get to the appointment with an empty stomach.
A couple of hours later I returned back to the Cafe and they gave me the burger and apologised again when they actually did nothing wrong.
