Worst experience in Australia.

We ordered oysters ($70), seafood platter($96, too expensive for normal seafoods with normal seasoning), drinks, and pasta.

We first ordered oysters and wine, but it took 10 minutes for the wine to be placed on the table, and another 10 minutes for the oysters to be served. The wine was not even chilled to begin with, and became even warmer, which made me feel uncomfortable from the start. Additionally, the oysters were placed on the table without any explanation of their origin.

The oysters and squid were sandy and unpleasant. The pasta tasted good but was expensive at $38 for a small portion. The food was served slowly, and the young Italian staff were rude in both speech and manners. Despite paying over $100 per person for the meal, the service was below average. After finishing the meal, we tried to get the bill by putting the napkin on the table, but the staff did not pay attention to us. Instead, they focused on a seemingly wealthy man's table, ignoring us for 15 minutes until we finally had to call a young male staff member, who rudely asked, 'What?' in a loud voice when we approached him. The loud music made communication difficult, as he handed us menus even though we were clearly done eating. We are so confused and tried to tell him that we want the bills but ofc he left to chat with another costumer.

Finally, we asked a female server for the bill and completed the payment. (she was actually nice person but just didn’t pay attention to our table)

However, as we were leaving, two staff members were chatting by the narrow entrance, blocking our way. Despite us trying to move around them without saying anything, they continued their conversation without acknowledging us. Couldn't they have at least said a simple "thank you" before we left? Overall, the employees seemed to have the manners and education level only comparable to that of a...

Print Hall is a standout destination in the heart of Perth. Nestled in a historic building, it blends contemporary elegance with old-world charm. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet inviting, making it perfect for both casual meetups and special occasions.

The bar selection is impressive, boasting an extensive array of cocktails, wines, and craft beers. Whether you're a connoisseur or just looking to unwind, there's something on the menu to suit your taste. The bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly, ready to craft the perfect drink tailored to your preferences.

The ambiance is truly captivating. The building's architectural details, such as high ceilings and ornate fixtures, create a unique backdrop for a night out. Whether you're seated indoors or out on the rooftop terrace, the views of the city skyline are breathtaking.

The food menu complements the drinks perfectly. From share plates to gourmet mains, each dish is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Highlights include fresh seafood, decadent charcuterie boards, and inventive small plates that cater to diverse palates.

Service at Print Hall is impeccable. The staff are attentive and well-versed in the offerings, making recommendations with enthusiasm. Despite its popularity, the atmosphere remains relaxed and conducive to conversation.

Overall, Print Hall is a gem in Perth's bar scene. Whether you're looking for a casual drink after work or a memorable night out, this venue delivers on all fronts—ambiance, drinks, cuisine, and service. It's a must-visit for locals and...

After our registry wedding, we and our 18 guests walked over to print hall for our booking for drinks & food. When we got there, the lady at the front said they didn’t have our booking (despite me going in-person a month before & also calling them over the phone two weeks before to finalise our plans).

We kept telling her to check for our booking and the manager eventually came and showed us to our place, .. which actually wasn’t even the area/ section we discussed with them we would like. Our guests of 18 got broken up into booths! - which we didn’t want.

Our wedding cake (a simple one tier) which they said they would display for us on a cocktail table, was instead passed to our guests - still in the box! And our guests had to remove the cake from the box and placed it awkwardly at the end of a table.

The waiters & the food on that night itself was amazing. Laura was also helpful (especially with helping a guest who wasn't feeling well).

But in terms of planning a function with Print Hall - terrible!! It’s not a pleasant experience when you can’t trust that what you discussed with them will be delivered - especially on your wedding day :(

Because we had the wrong area/ section, we also had terrible lighting from a large window, which made it tricky to take photographs with our wedding party :(...

Very interesting, just saw an ad for the Aperivino on FB from Wednesday to Saturday,3pm to late, walk ins welcome! My husband and me were totally looking forward to it on March 14th, coming to Perth for the weekend. We arrived at 7:50pm. First we got told this only happens on Saturday. When I showed her the ad, she went to the back to ask. Came back and told us, it would be too late. I asked her what means “until late” in their ad?! The started stumbling over her words and then told us, we would need to book in for this. Well it says clearly walk ins welcome! Then she said 7:45pm would have been the latest we could have arrived 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. She said she would tell the management about the wrong advertising 🤣. Well months later it still the same…….clearly the crew was just not feeling it. By the way, it was nearly empty!

Didn't look busy when we arrived just after 12.30. Ordered two Smash S burgers off the "Express" lunch menu. We would've waited close to an hour for our meals to arrive. When I enquired as to the whereabouts of our order I was told it was "busy in the kitchen". I looked around and said it's not even busy in here. Waited probably another ten or fifteen minutes after making my enquiry before the meals arrived. While the burger was ok, the chips were excellent, but the "salad" pictured, was nothing more than a handful of leaves from a bag of Woolworths four leaf lettuce pack. No dressing, nothing. Terrible service. I'd hate to actually eat here when it is busy. Very poor.
