Went to the Winston Churchill bar for a date with my partner. Although the restaurant doesnt permit bookings past 4pm on Fridays, and it was quite busy the staff did their best to fit us in. The food was pricy, however what we received was delicious. My boyfriends rare steak was cooked to perfection, and my mushroom gnocci was very nice as well. While usually I'm not a fan of seafood the squid was amazing. Only downfall were some of the cocktails which just happens to be due to the fact I'm rather picky. Definetly recommend the Charlie Chaplan though!. Most importantly though the staff (our waiters name was Dylan) was super super super friendly. Despite being understaffed and clearly busy, Dylan made us feel welcome, cracked jokes and gave us his recommendations. He really took the time to have banter with us which isn't very common here in Perth. Huge props to him for providing proffesionalism AND personality.

Went here for a group lunch. The venue is nicely decked out and comfortable for a meal and drinks. I had the Scotch Fillet, which was done a little inconsistent in temperatures throughout the table, although it can be difficult to get it right when the orders are not the same. The rosemary on the steak was also quite strong, but I guess their different take in flavouring the steak, but otherwise I was pretty happy with the steak and the nicely done roast potatoes. The letdown was the service. Not only did the waiter decide to take the entire table's order shouting across from one end of the long table he wouldn't move from, but he decided to make a sarcastic comment after I ordered my steak's temperature different from the others. Not professional for a venue like this. However, the other waiters were fine.

- Scotch fillet 300G - Tiramisu (No Pic) Second time at W. Churchhill and have had a good experience both times. The scotch fillet was tasty, a good-sized portion, well cooked medium rare. The peppercorn sauce was well made with a good spice hit to it. The homemade smoked dijon mustard was a good contrast to the peppercorn sauce. The roast potatoes were nicely seasoned and cooked well. Forgot to take a picture of the tiramisu, but it was also good. It was presented in a glass. It had a nice creamy bottom, with a hint of chocolate and espresso flavours, and the texture from the biscuits made it a well-balanced desert. The atmosphere was comfortable, not too noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was served within 20 minutes, with the whole table receiving their meal at roughly the same time.

Located in Perth CBDs Brookfield Place,  W Churchill opened its doors in March 2019 and serves quality interpretations of classic dishes along with Australian pub favourites.

For the gin lovers, W Churchill houses more than a hundred gins. Beer lovers will not be disappointed as there's a 10-tap bar offering an inclusive range of classic and craft beers with a great wine selection too.

The W Churchill offers style in keeping with the historical charm of the heritage listed WA Trustee buildings. Recently refurbished, W Churchill's reflects sophistication and is complimented by delicious food with live music. The venue offers an alfresco area to observe passers-by or sit at the bar and watch the art of cocktail mixing.

Our choices were - • Gunpowder tonics cocktail • Single fin beer • Brocolini • Charred corn • WA Shark Bay crab spaghetti • Pappadelle Ragu

Churchills offers a varied menu, catering for all tastes with exceptional customer service. Reasonable prices, an extensive wine list, we definitely...
