Not a bad place for breakfast or lunch. A little pricey for what you get. Had the Angus burger with chips, which you have to pay for separately. Chips should ALWAYS come with a burger. The end. I mean you have to be struggling and desperate. My new rule is - if you have a side sold separately from a burger or main - I’m taking my business elsewhere. Angus meat patty was probably the best I’ve ever had, hands down. Some of the more uncultured among us might think that it’s a raw meat patty that wasn’t cooked, but that’s how it comes folks, the best Angus beef comes like that. Wife had the Devonshire tea which came with some mighty impressive scones. It was like eating a scotch finger biscuit…yeah it was yum. I think they can do better than cream that came out of a can. It wasn’t the best as it just started to melt as soon as it came out - and one little squirt is not enough for two big scones…massive failure there. Coffee was good, but then again, the bar is set when you have Campos coffee

Basic Menu. Food was satisfactory but I’m too old for semi-disappointing breakfasts on holiday. Price reflected the food, which is good, I’m glad I didn’t pay more for it. Sourdough was basic. Was asked how I’d like my poached eggs. (Does anyone order hard poached eggs?) It was a red flag that came true. Eggs were over cooked in an egg mould… microwaved? Food came out too quickly, if you know what I mean. English spinach was nice - the part that was sautéed - half of it was raw. Weird. Ate everything because I was hungry. Atmosphere was nice but gave a low score for the music, killing me softly: famous songs butchered by unknown singers. The volume was good though, I could hear myself think. Friendly service. Forgot my water. As I was walking out I saw someone eating a crispy skinned salmon dish that looked delectable. I suck at ordering.

I loved the ambience. Street side cafes with huge space is my ideal cafe to have some food. The cafe is amazing. Staff are very friendly and easy to get along with. I went for just a coffee but ended up with some brownies and also my favourite wagyu burger. The staff recommended coconut frappe was such a refresher and I absolutely loved it. The colour co ordinated plates and tables shows how much does this cafe believes in attention to detail. I don’t go to city much. But, yeah whenever i will, I would love to visit this cafe.

Had lunch with some friends,we walked in and just sat down as there was no one to greet us and no there were no other customers....not a good sign from the start. A waitress with blue/green coloured hair, grubby clothes came and asked us what we wanted to order,we had to ask her for a menu. We ordered coffee first which she forgot and had to come and ask us again. My coffee was lukewarm and not nice. There were water glasses on the table but no water and we were not asked if we wanted water. We then ordered our meals which took ages, not sure why as we were still the only ones there. Our meals finally came out and they were cold and one meal was swimming in oil. We did complain and the waitress did give us a substantial discount. Two of us were sick that night with stomach cramps and vomiting! There was no ambience, the waitress was friendly but needed to pick her dress standards up. They definitely need a new chef. We were looking forward to going to this cafe, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. We won't be going back or...

Sign says wait, but staff wouldn't come out to us. Eventually, they just called things at us from inside. Already had reservation. Floor staff didn't bring water, even when we asked. Menu is typed in Engrish, and stapled together out of order: lunch options in 3 different places; some in Breakfast section or labelled as 'Somethings'; side dishes in Lunches, etc. Wait staff didn't know dishes, but knew the menu was wrong. One of our group can't eat chilli, but chilli in meal. My meal didn't appear, smell or taste off, but 10 mins after finishing (no entré, dessert, side dish or alcohol) I had stomach pain and nausea. Dashed to the toilet, where I'm sitting as I write this.

Was later given number of proprietor, who iterated freshness of ingredients. I agreed - no obvious signs of food problem, until pain, nausea and then diarrhoea. He eventually waived my meal cost, which I...
