A fantastic find for a relaxed evening! The Esplanade Bar offers a wonderful atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding and enjoying some great company. We had roti with satay, which was some tasteless microwaved bread with literally, I kid you not, crunchy peanut butter and some water trying to pass as satay sauce. Absolutely revolting. Spring rolls were like cardboard. Green vegetable curry had three pieces of broccoli, some half dead bok choi, with a mountain of spongy, tasteless tofu - hardly any sauce so couldn’t even just eat the rice (which was stuck together like it had been reheated a few times) soaked in the curry sauce because there wasn’t any.
