Baskin-Robbins Caloundra — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

I came to the shop at 9:50pm on Friday night. I walked up to the store to see it looked closed. I knocked on the glass and was told they’re closed. I checked the sign on their door which clearly says the shop is open until 10pm on a Friday. I asked what time they close and the first girl near the counter ignored me. I continued asking as I didn’t understand why it was closed and she told the other girl working in the back that I was there was asking what time the store was closed. She said ‘now’ annoyed and made a face.

Could you please update your hours of operation to be correct on the internet and on your sign on the door so that this does not happen in the future? Otherwise would the staff please keep the store open for the hours of operation and be trained to treat paying customers professionally and appropriately. We have never experienced such poor BR service as we did here. Amidst the busy sarurday evening The youngish girl didn't even greet us with a verbal welcome, and just starred (without warm smile) waiting for us to order. The scoops were tiny, and the vertical sundae was barely beyond the half way of the cardboard cup. It was a very disappointing experience. Which is a shame because BR always has amazing flavours, and this Caloundra outlet is so well positioned! (We would like to give the benefit of the doubt and hope this brown-haired fair young lady was just having a bad day and busy weekend, hopefully her customer service is better for others; it genuinely shocked us as BR are usually...

Poor service 30 minutes before closing.. Entered the store with 5 people and rather than both girls serving one proceeded to close down flavors and refused to sell ones that they had covered with paper towel. The only flavor my niece wanted was 20 seconds unavailable. If both girls had served everyone would have been super happy. Nasty girl listened to what was wanted and was more interested in closing early. Three more people entered afterwards so it’s not like the street was quiet. Absolutely appalling slow service resulted in less sales. I only wish I’d realized before I ordered as no way would I buy from there again or give them...
