Grounded Emporium — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

Extremely disappointing. We waited over 40 minutes for our meals today. This seemed to be a ridiculously long wait, considering there were people at only two other tables when we ordered, one of which already had their meals. Unfortunately things didn't improve when we tasted the food. The quality was very poor given the price (we ordered the mexican bowl and the veggie burger). We went to Grounded based on good online reviews, but they just don't come close to matching our experience. We live in Caloundra and like to support local business as much as we can. However after today, we certainly won't be returning or recommending...

Grounded Tea has changed so much over the time that Elise has been running it. The decor is calm and relaxing and fresh. The range of teas is huge and such choices, I never know want to choose.

For serious coffee lovers, get your caffeine fix here! Try an Ethiopian cappuccino and enjoy the smooth complex flavours. This coffee is such good quality and is treated with much respect, that you won't need the sugar! If its a buzz youre after hit them up for a hot cup of Brazilian and that will set you right for the day.

Disappointing customer service. The poor customer that ordered takeaway before us and was told her order would be 15 mins was still standing there waiting 40 minutes later after 3 other customers orders were served who had ordered after her. Scrambled eggs on the big brekky came out as a tasteless omelette, the so called award winning sausage was dry and flavourless. When hot drinks were served not only at our table but other customers tables, they were spilled into the saucer. The Spanish omelette also lacked seasoning and flavour.
