My family and I had an unforgettable dining experience at Tredici, and I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and provided exceptional customer service throughout our meal. The service was impressively quick without compromising quality, making the evening even more enjoyable. The food was nothing short of outstanding. We tried a variety of their pizzas, each bursting with fresh, high-quality ingredients and perfectly baked crusts. The pasta dishes were equally phenomenal, showcasing authentic flavors and impeccable preparation. Every bite was a delight, and it’s clear that Tredici takes pride in their craft. The restaurant also offers an extensive selection of alcoholic beverages, with plenty of options to suit any taste, which added to the overall experience. "I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I understand that arriving at 8 pm, close to their closing time, might not be ideal, but the service made us feel unwelcome, as if we had done something wrong by being there. When I asked if they were open for dine-in, the girl at the front made a weird face and told us we had to be quick with our order while she checked with the kitchen. Once they confirmed they could serve us, we sat down and were ready to order within 5 minutes. However, when another staff member brought us plates, his attitude made it clear they didn’t want to serve us. The cutlery was given carelessly, and I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed, so I asked to change my order to take away instead. They prepared it quickly, and I left expecting the food quality might be poor. When I got home, I opened the pizza box and was disappointed to find that the toppings were very minimal. I could count the toppings on the pizza .The pasta was extremely oily, and all I could taste was garlic and oil. Overall, the food and service were below expectations. We had a great dinner at Tredici. It’s small, with both indoor & outdoor seating, but don’t let that put you off. The staff were lovely, the food was great. I especially loved the meatballs entrees. The garden salad was large with a delicious vinaigrette. We had the mini garlic bread - sooo good with the meatballs, yum! Then the supreme pizza. Pizza was creamier (due to ample mozzarella) & less salty than I expected but you could taste (& smell) the wood firing. We both enjoyed several of the Italian larger Menabrea.

Our two waitstaff were both so lovely. It was a very busy Friday night before NYE, and I didn’t think the wait for food was long at all, but I did witness some other customers kicking off. We ordered at the bar, because it was clear they were in the peak of the dinner rush. We have no complaints about our experience & if we were locals, we would return again & again. Just keep in mind how important it is to be kind to waitstaff & cooks at any restaurant as hospitality work is very challenging.
