The food was bland and not very nice. The pad Thai particularly was odd with big chunks of cabbage and kale.. the chilli basil lacked any heat and little basil.. the satay chicken… I don’t even know what the orange sauce was as it didn’t take like peanuts.. and before you reply with… you should have told us you weren’t happy.. I politely did and was answered with basically… bad luck.. that’s how we make it.. you have to pay.. I only requested to have the price of the pad Thai halved as we couldn’t even eat it… but the owner / chef in their arrogance said no… and demanded I pay for a meal not even worthy of a bad food court. I paid… and because you wouldn’t listen to my concerns or have the decency to talk to me, instead sending your lovely waitress to deal with it… I hope you are hearing me now…

Ordered three dishes. All three were awful. I have eaten here and ordered from here before and it ranges between good and very good. It was so disappointing that I called the restaurant to complain. The man I spoke to was sympathetic but said they were training new staff and, oh, ah, sorry but we have new staff.. Nothing else. For the record I ordered Lemon Chili Pork (oily, bland, overcooked) Fish cakes(full of oil, no sauce salad or anything, inedible) and Spicy Larb chicken. Plain, dry, no spice whatsoever. All in all the worst meal I have had in years.

This is certainly Thai street food as that is the view - sitting right on the back lane with delivery cars coming & going. The food makes up for the lack of view. Our scallops choo chee was delicious as was the ocean breeze octopus. They are licensed with house wines offered. The dishes were not cheap for Thai but worth it.

I’m all for supporting the local businesses but I must say this is one of the worst places I’ve ever been. Yes, food prices have gone up and I believe most of us are prepared to pay more for food but to be served bad food is just not acceptable. The stuffing of the chicken dumplings so tough, no taste at all. The satay chicken sticks, the chicken so dry, no tenderness at all, overwhelmed with peanut sauce. I ordered two sparkling mineral waters came poured in a glass already flat, and no one asked if I like ice with my water, it was just assumed. I specifically asked if the water was in a large bottle, and was told it’s only a small bottle, hence why I asked for two bottles. Pud kee mow - what happen to the noodles. Total of $67 dollars worth of bad food. I would like to ask the staff preparing the food individually to maybe take few of the feedback’s below and work on improving the quality of the food. I wish I was one of your customers who enjoyed their meal and gave you an excellent review. I don’t need an apologies or refund, just put yourself in your customers shoes and think if this was your evening dinner, how would you feel going home hungry and angry.

Happy...

Ordered delivery which was on time. Unfortunately the food was very bland. The Pud Thai is nothing like Pad Thai for anyone wanting something similar to Pad Thai. It had no sauce and was totally dry as was the chicken that came with it so I added some soy sauce just so I could eat some of it as you see in the picture. The green curry was not green and was extremely mild in taste with way to much cabbage as you see in the picture below. Spring rolls seemed to come with some kind of vinegar sauce - so I contacted the restaurant who initially said it was sweet and sour sauce, when I said it tasted like vinegar they then said 'yes we add vinegar ' so be aware if you have allergies.Paid $80 and was expecting much better after reading good...
