Boomerang Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Sydney

I really liked their coffee but the only issue i was having that their coffee is full of froth, i jad this issue many times, and today when i told them that m not complaining but ur coffe is having 3/4 froth especially cappuccino and mocha, i was saying this to the coffee guy but the women with boy cut she started yelling at me by saying that if u dont like done come to my shop, she was so so rude ( the coffee man was stopping her to not yell ) . /she didnt stop for even a second, The customer was their , and i told him that m i wrong,m just letting them knw about my experience politely but he didnt say anything, atleast we need to stand against for the rude behaviour,but m so sorry he didnt support me,which means he is directly or indirectly supporting her rude behaviour i smiled at her and said m just lettimg u knw so that u dont loose the customer,but unfortunately she lost me and my friends,colleagues and family. Lovely couple have run this lunch bar for years. Lately, hygiene and food service standards have taken a dramatic dive. Unless the operators can be reminded and re-trained to understand the importance of hygiene, food preparation, hand washing and general food safety, we fear this business will be closed very soon. Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, with little regard for customer satisfaction. The chicken did not look fresh, and hygiene standards were clearly lacking.
