Chinese North Dumpling Noodle House — Restaurant in Sydney

这么难吃的中餐这么垃圾的服务真不知道咋开下去的This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve had recently. I ordered a serving of lamb dumplings and a bowl of ramen, expecting a delicious meal, but it turned out to be a complete disaster.

Halfway through eating, I found a piece of steel wool in the dumplings! Can you believe the poor hygiene standards? I immediately informed the server, but she was incredibly dismissive. She didn't even respond to me, just grabbed the dumplings and walked away, making it seem like we were the ones causing trouble.

Later, the manager came over and apologized, promising to compensate us with another serving of dumplings. We thought the issue was resolved, but to our shock, the “complementary serving” consisted of just ONE dumpling! It felt like an insult rather than a sincere apology. This kind of resolution shows a total lack of respect and basic customer service decency.

Was super excited to treat myself to some nice dinner. Unfortunately what arrived was not that. After eating quite a few prawn crackers I picked one up and was about to eat it when i saw something on it. I thought it was a piece of cooked onion at first but soon realised that the little face looking back at me was a MAGGOT!!! Safe to say I threw everything in the bin even though I had already eaten half of everything. The chicken and mushroom dumplings were so fatty and tasted more like pork to be honest. The honey sesame chicken came with no sesame and was drenched in an extremely watery sauce. The chicken was not good and had bits of cartilage all throughout. I regularly have meals delivered from here. I live in a huge apartment block and recently an Uber driver could not find my apartment, and left my delivery on a street somewhere. This restaurant not only apologised, but reimbursed me, AND , honoured my loyalty program. I received my order tonight with a personalised message and a very prompt delivery. Amazing service.
