We dined at this restaurant for lunch at around 12:15pm. Sadly, at this time, they had already run out of baguettes for the banh mi's! I ordered the rare beef & beef meat balls pho which was delicious. Possibly one of the best tasting broths I've had in Sydney. I'd rate the broth a 5/5, the rare beef a 3/5, and the beef balls a 4/5. I'd like to try the chicken pho next time. The pho came out within 5 minutes with all the traditional fixings - coriander, onion, Thai basil, bean sprouts and fresh cut chili, hoisin sauce, Sriracha, and a lemon slice on the side. We also ordered the prawn & pork rice paper rolls which had a tasty peanut sauce on the side. The sauce was a bit watered down but still tasted good and authentic! Will definitely be returning again next time for the pho broth and to try their vermicelli noodle bowls and fruit smoothies!👍🏻

I liked nearly everything about eating at Nguyen brothers. You could taste all the ingredients that went into marinating meat. Salad was not just lettuce but real vietnamese salad. Pho broth was good, as was Lemongrass chicken, but it was let down in my opinion because serving size was on the small size. This opinion was shared by eating companions. You could pay for a large pho, but this was $26 from memory, which is a lot to pay. I ordered vermicelli pork but wanted to try prawn sugarcane it was an additional $6!!! It was a suprisingly big dining area for those who have passed by. You would be forgiven for thinking it's a lot smaller than it actually is. I liked dining there. It was comfortable, and the service was quick. There is no one there at midday but full by the time we left an hour later.

Delicious pho tucked into the corners of alexandria. My sister introduced me to this place and ive never looked back. The beef pho is light, hearty and delicious. The broth is a perfect balance and not too oily. Dip the beef into the hoisin sauce and im in heaven. Easily one of the best ive ever had in sydney. Affordable prices and the serving is large and easily filling! Have been going for months now as one of my favourite local lunch and dinner eateries. I really recommend the chicken banh mi as well and tofu pho if you’re not able to have meat. Staff are also very friendly and the server always gives me my meal with a “have a nice meal.” Makes the experience so warm and inviting like i am back at my grandmas house. Thank you for a great food experience, bless you all. Also the drinks are slay

This place used to be my 'go to place' for pho but it is going down hill based on my last couple of experiences. Had few small issues in the past and I was willing to let them go because they were good majority of the time. but the last couple of experiences were getting worse and worse. went there couple weeks ago, not only the soup was not hot enough, there was a thick layer of oil floating on top, most of us barely touched the soup and i let it slide thinking it was just once off thing. But when i went there again yesterday, the flavour of the soup changed , it tasted completely different compared to before(Been there 30+times ), and the worst part was they barely put enough salt so the whole thing was just bland. Also want to mention the lemon, I m pretty sure they bumped their price (Normally order multiple items so dont know the exact cost per item), which is totally fine, but dont increase your price and go tiny on the side dishes. The lemon is pathetically cut into tiny pieces and I had to ask for 5 of them just to add up to the amount of two lemon wedges. Very disappointed and if you guys have the time trying to cut lemon into tiny pieces to save few dollars a day, you should definitely work on the quality...

I have been here for many times Staff are nice and good The Chef is terrible

So I enter the shop on anzac day

My daughter and grandfather are having their lunch . They r sharing one big Bowl of noodles

Grandmother and me are playing phone since we have lunch

When I ask for extra share bowl for my daughter The chef come out say

Every share Bowl charged 2 dollars?

I then ask the share Bowl is empty inside , why u charge 2 dollars per Bowl?

He then say because it is a big Bowl. Yoi cannot share by 4 persons..

First of all , me and grandmother are not eating..

Secondly even thought sharing of 10 people for 1 big Bowl of pho...for me it is still OK since there is not a specific rule listed in front and stated that minimum spend per person

I think the attitude and the whole atmosphere and vibes are ruined by this chef

No idea if he is chef or the boss of the restaurant since he is the boss

We will not be coming back again

This whole issue is very disgusting 🫣

I will file up the issue to fair trading and escalate the further complaint to the attitude of the restaurant

And I wont be coming back again...I wil also tell all my pho lover friend not to visit this restaurant...
