Domino's Pizza Marrickville — Restaurant in Sydney

I recently ordered a pepperoni pizza from Domino’s Marrickville, and I have to say—it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment I opened the box, the aroma of sizzling pepperoni and melted cheese hit me like a warm hug. The crust was perfectly golden and had just the right amount of crunch without being too thick or doughy.

The pepperoni slices were generous, evenly spread, and had that slightly crispy edge that makes every bite irresistible. The cheese was gooey and rich, blending beautifully with the tangy tomato sauce underneath. What really impressed me was how fresh everything tasted—no greasy overload, just a well-balanced, flavorful pizza that hit all the right notes.

This store used to be good a year ago and an easy solution to a lazy cant be bothered to cook night. Then the pizzas started coming burnt on the dough, cold and oily. Lately, the last 3 times in a row this month to be more accurate 2 times I ordered online with their tracking app , as the app timer went to 0 and to be delievred to my doorstep it refreshed up to 15 minutes more, at that point I had waited for 2 pizzas for 1 and a half hour and when I called I got told the delivery had left the store in an abrupt way and that they are too busy. The third time I decided to go and pick up from the Marrickville store, I was on time and my pizzas were nowhere to be found 30 minutes later after my arrival, I asked for refund as I was being delayed again and again seeing clearly they look lost and they said my next delivery will be for free. The cherry on the pie was that they were incapable to even put a note through my account for what they promised as " next time free ordered delivery" and thats where I just hang up and I won't be bothered...

Dear Domino's Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from the Marrickville location. Not only did my order not arrive tonight, but I am unable to rate my experience as the "rate your order" button in the email confirmation does not work.

This is not the first time I have faced issues with this location. In the past several orders, deliveries have been consistently late or never arrived, orders were incorrect, and customer service was lacking when I attempted to inquire about my orders.

This has been a waste of my time and money and has left my family hungry on numerous occasions. I expect a prompt resolution to these issues and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I also expect improvements in the delivery process and customer service to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
