Domino's Pizza Pyrmont — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered through the website. BIG MISTAKE!!! I placed my order a little bit after 10 am, and I asked the delivery time to be at 12:30, my lunch time. Around 12 I could see in the website that my order was being prepared and that ETA was 12:14-12:27. After a bit it just said "your order is being delivered" and that was it. At 12:50 I call to ask where my order was and they told me it was on its way and that it would be arriving in 7 minutes (which I thought it was weird considering that is only a 5 minutes bike ride). When it arrived half of the order was missing. It even came with the ticket that clearly mentioned 2 mini pizzas and the guy only came with 1 box! When I told him he said he was only a 3rd party and he just delivered what was given. NOONE CHECK THE ORDER. NO DOMINOS, NOR THE DELIVERY. When I call to ask for my order the only thing Domino's said was that they will send it but as they use Uber eats to deliver they can't tell how long it would take. Definitely I should have ordered by uber eats, at least I would have known how long it would take, and I would have had a refund by now and could be eating something else from somewhere else with that money if I wanted to. Worse decision ever. Never...

Ordered online and waited outside my hotel for delivery. The delivery guy’s GPS wasn’t switched on so I had no idea about his whereabouts. Food gets 20 mins delayed so I ring the store to be told there was an issue with the order and it had to be relocated to another store. I had left my contact details and it would have been great to get some sort of communication about this. Another ten minutes go by and I get an angry phone call from the delivery guy. I tell and reconfirm the address and he turns up 5mins later. Very argumentative guy stating I gave the wrong address. Luckily I still had my online order up with the correct address and even my hotel room number. Address on the dominos bill however was incorrect but not really my problem if they can’t transfer an address correctly. Called the store and complaint about the late delivery and the unnecessary attitude of the employee, store hangs up on me. Sadly not the first time dominos’s customer...

dominos have apparently changed their chicken to what I can only describe as rectangle spam cuts! 1 small bite took me back to the 80s and let’s be honest a lot of us would like to forget that we ingested that then. Avoid anything with chicken on it! Because you’re not getting a real cut, you are now getting chicken spam… hmmm yummy 🤮 Dominos times are hard but what were you thinking when making this change? …. oh that’s right making more money! Because there is not a big enough profit in making something that would probably literal cost .20c to make right? Man on duty was supper helpful and asked me to send photo of “chicken pieces thru as I was sure they could t possibly be chicken as looked more like Chorizo, but he sent back pic showing it was their chicken and explained about the change in meat batches they receive....
