Gelatissimo Kirribilli — Restaurant in Sydney

Located at 1/19 Broughton Street, Kirribilli, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺. Edit - I have been back here since my original post as I was going to the markets and wanted something cool. The service improved greatly. Very friendly and welcoming. This inspired me to become a repeat customer. The flavour selection is fantastic and delicious. I would definitely recommend now. 😊👍😋 I had the choc mint and passion fruit gelato and it was delicious but the service let this place down. I stood at the counter for quite a while without anyone serving me and finally had to call out. The man wasn’t rude but he wasn’t exactly friendly either. Didn’t smile, just got me what I asked for and that was it. Not exactly an invitation to come back. My experience was average...

Very dishonest establishment. The ladies there only fill the top of the cup creating a bridge with the ice cream leaven completely empty at the bottom of the cups. It doesn't matter who's in serving for the day, all employees do that without fail. The portions are the smallest you will find in this franchise. Definitely advised to do that buy the owner to save money/rip off the clients. I've spoke to other franchises and the say Kiribilli has a bad reputation for doing that. Very embarrassing. Don't waist your money, take your family and friends somewhere else where your hard earning money it's giving to honest...

It was a really sunny day, we were chilling in the land of the Bradfield park, nobody had a frown. So we did a walk down to Gelatissimo Kirribilli for a frosty iced cream. Naturally I ordered the ice cream stuffed cannoli. I was horrified to found however that the cannoli is not stuffed through, rather there is only a smear of ice cream on either end to give the illusion of fullness. Gelatissimo you have bamboozled me for the last time. You would get zero stars if not for the fact that despite being sparse, the ice cream was delicious, and the minimum rating allowed by google is one star. Thanks...
