Coco Chocolate is a great place that supports the local community - the majority of their chocolate isn’t imported, it’s made right here in Mosman! At their chocolate studio and school! How wonderful is that? The staff are always lovely, very patient and very knowledgeable. Their range is incredible and fairly priced for such a high-quality chocolate store. They have chocolates covered with beautiful edible artworks, an impressive range of hot chocolate powders and many chocolate-coated goodies. I’d absolutely recommend checking this store out! I also believe they can make up hot chocolates for you for takeaway, and you can also book for classes at their chocolate school in Mosman! It’s also worth mentioning they have a range of more obscure flavours, such as ā€˜Dark Coco Chocolate with Haggis Spices’! Very interesting

Coco Chocolate is the most beautiful shop I have ever walked into. From the wrapping of the chocolates, to the beautiful music and the stunning decorations, this shop is Kirribilli's hidden gem. I had amazing customer service, super friendly, kind and happy to help out with any questions I had. The hot chocolate had to be my favourite part of my Coco Chocolate experience though. I tried the Rose and Black Pepper Dark chocolate hot chocolate, it was rich and flavourful and a unique and delicious combination. Plenty of other flavours to try for next time. A must visit any time I'm close to Kirribilli or getting the ferry to Circular Quay!

he moment I stepped into this store, I felt the warmth and love in the atmosphere. The variety of hot chocolate options is delightful, featuring flavors like lavender, rose, and cinnamon, alongside classic chocolate and truffles. This place is definitely worth the one-hour drive. I enjoyed the exquisite chocolate and a lovely walk with a stunning view of the bridge and Opera House. It truly nourishes the soul. This place deserves 🌟🌟.

I don’t like giving bad reviews…. But was an absolutely horrible hot chocolate. I seriously dumped it out after me and my girlfriend had 3 sips. For a chocolate place to have this bad of hot chocolate is unforgivable!

……

This is response to the owners message claiming I’m not real and haven’t visited the shop…. Yes, I am real, and I live in the neighborhood. If you haven’t noticed I’ve also reviewed many places in the neighborhood because I live there in Kirribilli.

I was always curious about your shop, and heard you have ā€œgoodā€ hot chocolate. I was very intrigued by your wide range of flavors and was excited to try it…. However it was horrible!!!!

Just because someone doesn’t like your product doesn’t mean they are fake!

Your shop is very cute, and much of the reviews focus on that. And I do like supporting local businesses. But just because your shop is local and cute doesn’t mean the quality of your product is good, and it wasn’t!!!

If you think I’m fake I can instead post this with a picture while standing in front of your shop!

I really hate giving bad reviews, but maybe you should try increasing the quality of your product vs just your marketing / packaging.

Are you really so pretentious that you think someone who gives you criticism must be fake?!

Wish I could...

Using a voucher,my girlfriend and I attended one of Coco Chocolate's Chocolate Making Workshops. The group we did the class with was a large one, but the instructor did a good job of managing the people and giving everyone a fair share of the action. We started with a good overview of chocolate, what makes high end chocolate different from regular stuff like Cadbury, and why tempering chocolate makes a difference. Then, we got onto the fun stuff! Working with the chocolate!

We made 3 different items. The first was a simple chocolate slab, made of dark chocolate and with freeze-dried raspberries sprinkled on top. Next was a ginger & rose milk chocolate bar, before making some dark chocolate flake for hot chocolate. Everyone got their hands good and dirty with the work...and more importantly, we sampled everything to our hearts' content! The 3 hours flew by quickly, and at the end we were given small goodie bags containing samples of our chocolate creations.

We were both very pleased with the service and quality of the day we had. While the regular price is too much for me for a few hours of fun with chocolate, if a voucher for another course were to come up with Coco, we wouldn't hesitate...

Be careful. They may have been around for many years, but this business is dodgy. The lack of accountability from this place is huge. Narcissistic. I have been treated terribly by this place for no reason and they don’t even take this seriously. I made an online purchase with them, my order was unnecessarily detained and I was not informed. I rang several times to check, no answer, no-one at the store when I turned up, either. They made me pay for items which were not available and eventually the order turned up with a missing item, 2 leaking items, a missing invoice and another incorrect invoice with no company details. Labels on their packaging are not complete and information on items on their website are also not complete or incorrect. I sent an email to the owner and she pretended to answer it by diverting attention with lies. I was also asked to return the faulty items to an incomplete address and I guess by their lack of information, they expect me to pay for the cost...
