Read moreSimply put, Gelato Messina is THE name for Gelato in Sydney. Nobody does it better. Creamy, flavourful and generous with the serving sizes, Messina is a great spot for an after-lunch, after-dinner, or any-other-time treat. But just making great gelato (and spectacular cakes!) isn't enough for Gelato Messina, they have come up with an ingenious way to ensure people will return again and again - Constantly changing specials. Ranging from the classic (Pavlova, Lemon-Meringue Pie), to stellar recreations (Twix, Golden Gaytime), to truly bizarre and different (Satay with Pork Crackle gelato?!), you can be assured that each time you go to a Gelato Messina stand there will be something different and amazing to try.
The Pyrmont location in the Star is the one I frequent and I love the location. Queues are never too bad, service is friendly and there is plenty of nearby indoor seating or outdoor parks nearby to consume the delicious treats! If you aren't currently heading towards your nearest Gelato Messina, what are you waiting for? Go forth and taste some...

Throughout all of this, he didn't say a word. No goodbye, no thank you, not even any eye contact, he said nothing except that annoyed murmured 'hi'...
