THIS IS THE MOST GENUINE REVIEW TO HELP THE RESTAURANT AND THE CUSTOMERS

ALL GOOD POINTS AND BAD POINTS ARE HERE. STILL GIVING THEM 5* HOPING THEY ARE GOING TO WORK ON IMPROVEMENTS AND MAINTAIN THE GOOD STANDARD THAT THEY HAVE. 4 TABLES ONLY IN THE EVENING THE MANAGER WAS VERY WELCOMING AND SERVING WELL AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE GAVE US OUR DRINK WHICH WAS SCOTCH WITH THE RIGHT ARM AS HE WAS PASSING BY OUR TABLE WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE DRINK AND SAYING ANYTHING OR LOOKING AT US.Pretty MUCH IN RESTAURANTS WAITERS HAVE MORE RESPECT TOWARDS DINERS WHEN PICK UP USED PLATES. NO COMPLAINS I SINCERELY UNDERSTOOD THAT HE GOT VERY NERVOUS AND FORGOT ABOUT THE SERVICE BCOZ LATER HE WAS REALLY GOOD WHEN WE WERE LEAVING AND HE ASKED ABOUT THE DINING EXPERIENCE. NOW THE CHAAT AS ENTREE IT WAS NOT A REALLY GOOD QUALITY AS IT WAS SAME AS ANY TAKEAWAY SHOP. I GOT DISAPPOINTED WHEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE LAMB DISHES ,THEY ARE WRITTEN ON MENU BUT NO MARK AS UNAVAILABLE OR ANYONE TOLD US. THEN WE ORDERED TAWA GOAT NOW TAWA GOAT SHOULD COME ON SIZZLER OR SOMETHING THAT KEEPS IT HOT BUT IT CAME ON A PLATE WITH SALAD. TAWA GOAT WAS NOT EXTRAORDINARY IN TASTE TOO CHEF NEEDS TO KNOW HOW NICE THIS DISH CAN BE,THE CHEF JUST TRIED TO PLAY WITH IT and DONT HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT TAWA GOAT.IT WAS MORE LIKE GOAT MASALA. I HAD BEST CHILLI CHICKEN HERE THE AMBIANCE IS GOOD DESPITE YOU LIKE THE FOOD OR NOT YOU LIKE THE SERVICE OR NOT YOU WILL SEE ONE THING,THESE PEOPLE DO EVERYTHING WITH HEART AND DO DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding dining experience I had at recently. As a frequent diner, I believe it's important to acknowledge exceptional service, and I'm delighted to share my thoughts with you.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was perfect, and the attention to detail in the decor really set the tone for a memorable evening.

However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by your staff Aamir. Our server, was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They patiently answered all our questions, made fantastic recommendations, and ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was flawless.

Now, let's talk about the food. It was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish we ordered was a culinary masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The chef's creativity and dedication to quality ingredients were evident in every bite, and I must say, it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time.

Sharing this as it was so unprofessional and rude. I guess this is why Indian restaurants in Sydney are so well known for its unprofessionalism...

Probably this is the 10th time i have been to Grand Bawarchi. Generally the food, the service is really good. I have always tried to give a very honest review. This is the first time i had one of the worst experience - really bad food not because of the food quality but bcoz the order was placed incorrectly. To go with bad food - worst customer service (I was told the Chef tasted the food and he reckon its fine) No further discussion kind of. Next worst thing - not even bothered to come & talk any further. Asked for water three times and not served. Seriously only 2 tables and still we were unattended. Than comes the owner himself. Argument is over the order. Before when we used to say hot - we used to get kind of really spicy so were advised to order medium to spicy and now we ordered mefium to spicy which meant medium and all of a sudden we get mild food. Seriously?

Worst Worst part is we did not eat the food and still we were charged for that. what? Why? I asked myself but no answer so sharing this post.
