I love this place! Their stew beef noodle is a must, with plenty of chunky beef stew cubes and elastic noodle that leave a bouncy mouthfeel for every bite. There's also some crunchy lettuce to go with the noodle to refresh the taste buds. At $10.80, I'm more than happy to pay for the satisfying experience. You can also ask to customise the noodle's thickness to suit your preference as well. I normally order the wide noodle because it's easier to grab with chopstick and flows like silk in my mouth. However, any type of noodle would be good since they're all handmade and sure to be chewy down to the last bite.

I have only tried their noodle dishes and the fried fish (also a personal favourite, the spiciness is just right but if you are not a fan of heat, be sure to notify the staff beforehand) so can't really comment on other things in the menu, but if you want something affordable but feels like it worths more than its price in Parramatta, I highly recommend this place. Also, the customer service here is quite good, and they won't ignore you like those typical stereotypes of "bad Asian service but...

I was looking for noodle soup and found this restaurant that specialized in noodles. My unfortunate surprise was that one of the simplest dishes on the menu was tasteless, bland, and bland. There is the option of changing the type of noodle you want in your soup but as I don't have much knowledge I opted to order the dish in its conventional form. I only ate the meat and left everything else behind. The good part is that it was cheap ($13.80) but still a waste of time and money, I won't go back even though I know it could have been that particular dish but for me if a simple beef noodle soup can't be made with flavour and care, It doesn't deserve my attention and money again. The service and ambiance are ok, but the food really left something...

We had a great time at Swanky Noodle Restaurant's VIP room today! The service was quick and friendly. The food was tasty and fresh. I highly recommend Henan style noodle, it is wide noodles soup with vermicelli, kelp silk, sliced beancurd leaf, goji berry, fungus, quail eggs and lamb. It is zestiest with that combination. I also like spicy lamb chops as it is tender and flavorful! Boiled fish with pickled cabbage and chilli tastes so good because the fish is rich and appetizing with sour and spicy flavors. I love the black fungus and coriander salad because vinegar made the dish so yummy! Their VIP rooms are clean and exquisite, is a great place for...
