Grill'd Burgers - Penrith — Restaurant in Sydney

We have been to Grill'd on 4 occasions. The first time they short changed me by $4 but I thought it was for the bottle cap donations so I didn't say anything. The second time all good we got our burgers and were charged the right price (early on quiet Friday afternoon). The third time we went we ordered. Ten minutes later I got what I ordered, my wife's was a simple burger, the patty tomato and sauce on a bun and no oregano on the chips. Her first burger had tomato relish on it, back it went 10 minutes later we got a burger with cheese, back it went. By now I had finished my meal and due to my wife's chips not being left from the beginning, she hadn't had any thing to eat. She finally got her meal. We thought we would give Grill'd one last shot so Saturday night we went again. I ordered and spent at least three minutes explaining to the young man what I needed, as I didn't want to go through the fiasco we endured the last time. Well I got my burger and my wife got a cheese burger. Exasperated I complained and explained that I had spent quite a long time telling the young man what I needed. The only reason I will even consider going again and recommending Grill'd to anyone is due to a fantastic server called Claudia she not only calmed me down but got the meal out to us ASAP. Word of advise guys get Claudia to train the rest of your staff. I guarantee you your stores will be standing room only....

First timers ( Date night) here. Our son who lived in Darwin said it's a great place to be a must try. Penrith store, So we went tonight the food was delicious but i think i would like as a lunch time thing not for tea for hubby and i I was talking to hubby when a waitress was wiping down the tables in the direction i was looking, she was wearing a black skirt really short she didn't have to bend far when i saw her bum cheeks and black undies. Not very professional. The people nearer to her had to turn their heads i think they were a little embrassed to see what i saw to. 1 other thing summer is upon us it would have been nice to have ice cubes in our drinks. Apparently u don't have ice cubes.

But in saying this the food and staff were great. Thank you

If you’re looking to get a burger from here, they will probably get your order wrong and the quality of the burger will be dry and disgusting. I used to come very regularly and left a 5 star review here back in 2018 when they put effort into their food and had a range of good tasting burgers, particularly a range of nice vegan ones, but now they’ve all been replaced with disgusting patties. I stopped ordering from here years ago but decided to give it another go, asked for vegan mayo on my burger and received normal mayonnaise instead. Even the bread i ordered was incorrect. I guess following simple order requests seems too hard for them now. I regret giving Grill’d another chance and now know for sure its not worth it, so don’t waste your time coming here.
