This cozy Thai restaurant is a fantastic find! The location is very convenient, with parking available both in front and behind the building. The service is warm and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. The food is delicious, with fresh ingredients that really stand out. I highly recommend the red curry with seafood—it’s rich and flavorful! The stir-fried noodles (Pad Thai)and the fish dishes are also excellent. For drinks, don’t miss their fresh mango offerings—so refreshing! The only downside is that it’s quite popular, so I’d recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid waiting. Overall, a wonderful spot for authentic Thai cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere!

Great place for Thai-food in Newtown. The ambience is really nice and enticing, it was actually the initial thing that caught me and my partner to check this place out as we’ve never been here before. The service is really fast, the staff are really nice and food quality actually transcends it’s promising looks. I love the mango drink they serve, the quality of the fruit is just the same as the ones in the tropics. The Lychee beverage is just as lovely. And then just as you thought that grilled chicken is already good as it is, they made it even better with authentic Thai flavour served with egg noodles. Definitely recommending this place.

The worst customer service... We went to dinner at 9:10 and the first thing the waitress told us is that it closes at 10... A family of 4 people arrived at 9:30 and the waitress told them that they had to order at that time because they were going to close, they didn't even let them sit down to look at the menu ... very rude and disrespectful. We ordered more rice to complete our meal but while waiting the waitress started removing our plates from the table. They started packing up at 9:45 and at 9:53 they were mopping the floor with people eating. Honestly poor effort, vibes whack, food average service terrible, I'll never come back.

(To the owner- thank you for your quick response, I appreciate it)

The first time I went here was with a friend of mine for lunch. The staff member who served us was very abrupt and not very friendly at all. I don’t think they greeted us at all, only came up and asked ‘what do you want’. It had the vibe of eat, pay and leave. To be fair though they did seem quite busy so we didn’t really mind because you wouldn’t expect the same level of service when they are really busy. My friends food looked really nice but to be honest I wasn’t overly happy with mine (Japanese curry) which tasted really watered down. Maybe it was because I had really nice curry in the past and had a high expectation. With that said the food was quite cheap for a lunch deal which was great. I brought my partner back there again because I figured that the staff were probably just busy last time (I understand how that feels having worked at a restaurant before) and since I ordered a Japanese dish it would be unfair to judge a Thai restaurant on their Japanese food especially since my friend’s Thai meal looked nice. We came at a time that was really quiet, there was only one couple sitting in the corner. One of the staff gestured silently at us to sit at the closest table to the other couple, which was pretty close. We both felt a bit uncomfortable to sit so near the other couple since the restaurant was otherwise empty and we wanted to be able to talk to on another without being really close right next to the other couple and annoying them. We figured (even though we probably should have asked first) that the waitress wouldn’t mind too much if we sat somewhere else apart from the table that was closest to the other couple since the restaurant was otherwise empty. We sat down at a table near the window that had two small single dining tables pushed together so we could see outside on the wall seats while we ate. Soon after we sat down and got ourselves a menu the waitress came over and pushed the two tables apart without asking (while i was leaning down on it to read the menu and was moved with the table) and then told my partner really rudely to move from the wall seat where he was sitting beside me to the chair facing me. This felt really uncomfortable and I wish she would have asked before she moved the table from us. I don’t really understand why it mattered so much that we took up a little extra room when the restaurant was nearly empty its not like we sat at sit at a six seater. At this point we both decided to leave because we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome- neither of us had ever done that before. I feel like if she had even said hi or asked us to move it would have been fine but to move the table from us and to be so abrupt with my partner telling him to move without a 'please' was really strange. Even if the restaurant does sell nice food we felt unwelcome and are very unlikely...

I honestly can’t believe how bad my experience was at Its time for thai. It started off with what seemed like a decent meal, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. I ordered the Fried chicken, fried rice and Pad See Ew, and within hours of leaving the restaurant, I was hit with violent stomach cramps, nausea, and ended up spending the whole night throwing up. I’ve never been so sick in my life.

I’m not sure what exactly went wrong with the food, but the fried chicken was greasy and had a strange, sour aftertaste that made me suspicious right away. The Pad See Ew was burnt, sour and tasted off, like the ingredients had been sitting out too long. I really regret not trusting my gut when I noticed the strange smell in the air when I walked in.

I know food poisoning is a risk with any restaurant, but when you’re paying for a meal, you expect it to be prepared safely and properly. The fact that this restaurant made me so sick has completely turned me off.

What’s worse, when I tried to reach out to the restaurant to let them know, I never got a response. No apology, no offer to make it right — just silence.

I’ll never return, and I highly advise anyone reading this to stay far, far away from this place unless you want to risk your health. It’s...

Very rude attitude by the staff! We asked for the ingredients of the food and the reaction of the waitress was just rude and made fun of us and the question by shaking her head! We were so offended by her behavior! Then we asked to receive all our meals on table together at the same time, and her response was irrelevant and said that she wasn’t the cook (!) and that she could't do that "I'm not the cook, I can't"! After we insisted that we needed the meals to arrive altogether she repeated what she said earlier. And yes the first two meals came in 10-15 minutes earlier than the second two and we had to wait. I believe all the meals for a table must arrive at the same time, this is the very basic thing in running a restaurant. And your staff needs to be more patient and respectful towards customers because not everyone is familiar with Thai food and people may ask questions! Even though the food quality was very good, I'm not going back to this...
