Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I visited your coffee shop this morning (27.01.2025) with friends for coffee, and I was shocked by the poor customer service. Despite the shop being practically empty—only two other customers outside—the service was unacceptable.
The large tables outside were dirty, yet the staff made no effort to clean them. When I went to order, I had to wait because the staff were busy chatting among themselves. Once they finished talking, they finally took my order, but their attitude was far from welcoming.
After ordering a coffee and a sweet, I asked if the order would be brought to our table. The staff said yes, but a few seconds later, they handed me the sweet and expected me to take it to the table myself. Where is the table service you charge for? When the coffee eventually arrived, the staff didn’t ask if we needed sugar, and there was no sugar or napkins (salviette) provided on the saucers or table.
For four small lattes and one pastry, we paid $31, which is steep for such lackluster service. There was absolutely no attention to detail, no courtesy, and zero effort to provide a positive experience.
This rude and careless service ensures I won’t be coming back. Management should be ashamed. If you charge for table service, then deliver it properly. Train your staff to care about customers, or risk losing more business. Zero star ratings for me.

Fun Fact: All pastries are 50% off after 5PM daily! 😳
My favourite items were:
💚 Pistachio Halva Cake: The rich, nutty taste of pistachios infuses every bite, complemented by the sweetness of the creamy halva. The cake itself is moist and tender, with a delicate crumb that melts in your mouth.
🍪 Cookies & Cream Cheesecake: The creamy cheesecake is velvety smooth. On top are chunks of chocolate cookies, adding a delightful crunch and a burst of cocoa flavour. The contrast between the creamy cheesecake and the crunchy cookies creates a satisfying texture.
🤎 Biscoff with Hazlenut Kürtősh: Watching this get freshly made was so satisfying 🥰 The sweet, caramelized notes of Biscoff spread infuse the pastry with a rich, warm taste reminiscent of spiced cookies and caramelized sugar. Combined with the nutty essence of hazelnuts, it creates a tasty balance of sweetness and nuttiness. The kürtősh pastry itself is light, airy, and delicately crispy on the outside, while maintaining a soft, fluffy interior. The caramelization on the outer layer adds a satisfying crunch, providing a contrast to the tender...

Kurdish is a traditional Hungarian pastry famously known as ‘chimney’ cake. It actually does look like chimney or underground tunnel but it looks uniquely fabulous.
It’s super crunchy, not too sweet and although it looks big, it’s light.
There are different flavours you can choose from and must try original first before going for others.
Pistachio Kurtosh was nice, and roasted pistachio added nice colour and texture.
But I still prefer the original!
I’ve tried cheese cake as well but it’s hard to beat Kurtosh. The level is set high. Again try Kurtosh first before trying other cakes.
The interior is nice, friendly service and I can feel the unique cafe culture when I walk in the store.
There are different stores now spreading across Aus which says the business is flourishing.
For these reasons I give this...
