The first time we went, the son was really friendly. He let us try the food, and chatted to us. Because of that positive experience, I decided to return to support local business.

Today I went back, the father who was running the shops was really unfriendly and a little rude. I tried to purchase a haloumi and a soft drink. He completely ignored me even though I was standing right in front of him with the food down ready to pay for a few minute. Until I gestured for him to scan the product, he did it without acknowledging me and tried to charge me $7.50 for haloumi!!!! Knowing this haloumi should cost $5 at most, I returned it and only paid for the drink.

Won't be back if you are going to try and overcharge me and be unfriendly. I can support other local...

Hands down the best deli shop I’ve come across. I’ve been a local for over a decade now and this place just keeps on delivering both in quality and in price. The deli meats are reasonable in price but the real value is in the sandwiches that they make. They have updated the menu over time but everything on the board is great. You can choose your choice of carbs and add or subtract ingredients to your sandwich. I usually get the eggplant sandwich and add prosciutto but got the pastrami this time. Decent products overall but be careful of useby dates, picked up a tin of dolmades 3 years out of date still on the shelf. The man behind the counter isnt particularly friendly and there is a distinct lack of customer service. It is fairly overpriced compared to the Nut roasters place in Lakemba which has a bigger range and cheaper. Also beware of the old school receipts you get, I got overcharged for 1 product, everything is marked as "misc" so you have no idea what...
