Such an old school Aussie place and food!

Nice clean space and always parking, which is good for the location

Lots of wontons in the short soup and a nice broth.

Good prawn cutlets

Yummy ham and chicken rolls - house specialty and ordered for Cassie ( her fav )

Special fried rice was full of all the good things and a generous serving

Sweet and sour pork was good too, not too much batter and a good sauce

Chicken and cashew nuts was great, all the vegetables were so fresh and the sauce was really yummy 😋

Love the menu and the 3 choices for $20 is a good deal

I was reluctant to order from Lee's Golden Yuen Chinese Restaurant because of other ratings, but I could smell the food cooking last night when I walked into pilates and it was appealing.

I ordered takeaway after and it was hands down the best Chinese food I have eaten.

I ordered salt and pepper fish with chilli and bok choy with shitake mushrooms. The fish was fresh and light, the vegetables were beautifully cooked with lots of plump mushrooms all through the dish.

Party of 3 ate here as an "emergency", i.e. we had to eat something and this was the closest place that was open.

The food was ghastly - prawn toast was overcooked and so oily. Satay chicken was full of onions and tasted like the flavour was bought at Coles. The dim sum were largely tasteless (I had to add a lot of sweet sauce from the prawn toast) and the pork buns were ... well, nothing special.

Really, if you have a choice, just go...
