FANTASTIC FOOD AND PRICES ! After several visits I can absolutely testify that this place is indeed a great restaurant with splendid food, affordable and the customer service is always lovely :-)

(Apparently they used to be under another management and have issues previously, but as i am a more recent client i personally have never experienced any issues there)

A must try ! Everything on their menu is tasty and fresh!

Ps: To Management: my only suggestion to improve the experience is for you to remove those annoying televisions from your restaurant! Your food is good, your staff is so lovely, yet trying to eat, we are constantly forced to watch the news channels on your big screens. It is always blasting negative news, death, bombs, destruction. I have had to change my sit before as i did not want to eat watching dead kids killed in an earthquake on giant tv screen right in front of me! Nobody comes to watch tv in your restaurant! Turn them off or just play Mtv but please stop playing those atrocities on news channels ALL DAY LONG...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - FOOD POISONING.

I was staying in the holiday flats above and thought out of I'd order a take away from here out of convenience even though my instinct was to stay away as it was always empty. First time I ate here, it was okay but there was a funny after taste - it wasn't the freshest. I thought I'd order one more time and I got a chicken dish, as soon as I ate it I knew it was bad. Immediately after I felt ill and was sick for a few days. I've only just got onto google so this was a long time ago and it may have changed hands but I was reminded of it recently and felt compelled to warn people if it hasn't changed management I would stay well away. There are so many great Thai restaurants in Sydney this place is not...

Marko’s Thai – Tasty Broth, Slow Tech, Pleasant Vibes

Marko’s in Sydney offers a decent Thai dining experience with some highlights and a few hiccups. I tried the boat noodles—the broth had depth and good flavor, though it leaned a bit too salty for my taste.

The environment is quite nice—welcoming, clean, and comfortable, creating a pleasant space to enjoy a meal. Service-wise, the staff were friendly and attentive, which added a lot to the experience.

However, the ordering app really dragged things down. It was slow to load and made the process unnecessarily long, which took away from an otherwise smooth service.

Overall, a good spot with room to improve—especially on the tech side and...

Don’t be fooled by the name of exterior.. while this spot might look like a cafe, its serving up some quality, northern region Thai-style heat! Likely your best option for Thai in the Darlinghurst/Surry Hills area. Super friendly staff.. wait times are scarily non-existent.. such good service! If you like spice, these guys can dial it UP Must try: the coconut rice! Woah! Got the panang curry w/ chicken, chicken satay skewers, cashew nut chicken (wow!), pad thai.. and it was all fire

This Thai restaurant serves some seriously delicious food. The flavors are on point, and everything is cooked to perfection. I can't get enough of their pad thai—it's absolutely phenomenal. And the massaman beef is out of this world. You can taste the love and effort that goes into slow-cooking the beef until it's melt-in-your-mouth tender. Anna, the chef, is truly talented. If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience, this place is a must-visit.
