Marlie's Eatery - North Sydney — Restaurant in Sydney

When you have a long queue waiting outside the shop even during COVID 19 times that means you definitely have a winner here. My work place has been so close to them I don't know how I missed this place before !! Anyways better late than never.

Since, i am a Veggie, they have two Vegan / Vegetarian options which can be assembled into one of the following: Crusty Soft Roll, California Taco Wrap, Hawker Salad Bowl or Rice Super Bowl. I chose the Ruby Lou in a Rice Super Bowl. I also added the some 'kick-in-the-face' (jalapenos) :) just to see how that feels !! Overall, I was bowled over by the burst of flavours !! ... I am definitely coming back to try the other option too !! And then many more times too !! Keep up the good work and all the best on the post COVID recovery !! I'll see...

Marlies's is the perfect example of a restaurant that Defies the odd; you don't need a fancy brick and motor restaurant or located in the downtown's heart. When you put together a great menu/dish and understand customer service, You have a great little (Marlies) restaurant with repeating customers.

When i arrived i was a bit confused about what to order. So, first choose your base (rice, roll, or wrap) than you choose one of the fillings from their menu. I got the Bad Boy in a roll. The prices on Google are not correct atm. Rolls and wraps are $13.9 for chicken or veggie and $15.9 for pork or beef. Bowls (rice base) are $17.9 and $19.9.
