Nando's Alexandria — Restaurant in Sydney

TERRIBLE service the staff and very slow, lazy and have no common sense. The woman taking orders was so terrible, my food is just sitting there getting cold while she's taking one order after another! Oh boy! I tell you, it's frustrating having to wait 30 min for food to get served to you! GIVE PEOPLE THEIR FOOD BEFORE YOU TAKE OTHER ORDERS!!!!

Worst of all though, OMG the burgers are sooooooo dry and stale! They forgot to put lettuce in my burger, so I had to wait for them to add the lettuce and again wait an eternity after the food was finished to have it handed to me. The woman behind the counter was so unequipped in doing her easy job, I again had to wait forever to get my food that's just sitting there getting cold while she keeps taking orders.

One of the chiefs ends up giving me my food but again it's as cold as ice by this point and tastes dry and bland. Just terrible! They need to fire all their staff and hire capable people that are well trained. On top of everything the place is a mess! What an embarrassment! And instead of getting $20 off your order on your birthday they just give you free regular chips instead now....

Extremely disappointed with the amount of food I got for my takeaway tonight. The person who made my order skimped out on everything. So so stingy as if it came out of his pay check! 😡😡 I ordered a supreme wrap, large chips, extra tenderloins, Mediterranean salad with tenderloins (extra) and usually this would be plenty for two. However each dish was less than what you usually find in the restaurant and we were left hungry. Chips were more like half a bag with no Perri perri salt. Got 3 tenderloins instead of 4 with my salad with feta cheese which was sprinkled on the top. They even skimped out on the marinade on tenderloins and the sauce sachets. Overall the salad was terrible due to lack of ingredients. They just put salad leaves and lots of red onion! I know this is not how nandos is supposed to be because I know few guys who work in a different store (in Melbourne). This is just rubbish. Might as well go Chicky Char Char down the road. You get more bang for your buck no matter if it’s eat in or takeaway. Never ordering takeaway from these...

I enjoyed my visit to Nando's Alexandria, Sydney. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. I ordered the peri-peri chicken, and it was cooked to perfection. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the peri-peri sauce had a nice balance of spice and flavor.

The only problem I had was with the ordering system. It was a bit confusing and slow to use. I had to scan a QR code on the table, then register an account, then choose my food, then pay online, then wait for a confirmation message. Also, it requires you to register an account with an Australian phone number, which doesn't make sense for tourists like me. It took me about 10 minutes to complete the whole process, and I felt like it was unnecessary and complicated. I would have preferred to order directly from the staff or use a simpler system.

Overall, I would recommend Nando's Alexandria, Sydney to anyone who loves peri-peri chicken and wants a satisfying meal. The food is worth the price. I would give it 4 stars out of 5, and I would definitely...
