We stood near the stairs waiting to be seated for approximately 5 minutes, during which some staff made eye contact with us but gave no acknowledgement. The reply to the last review stated for customers to wait to be seated, which is what we did but it seems the staff aren't consistent with their procedure?

More customers started streaming in and approached the counter so I did the same to ask to be seated and was pushed passed by staff member without so much as an "excuse me".
