Disappointed with the service, although the food was quite good This was our first time trying Nene Chicken, and unfortunately, our experience was mixed. 🍗 The food itself was tasty — the chicken was fresh and well-prepared. However, the service was disappointing: ⏱️ We waited nearly 30 minutes for our order, even though several customers who ordered after us received their food much earlier. 🎫 We were told that the "Scratch & Win" promotion was not valid at this location, even though the promotion was actively advertised on the in-store screens. Our bill was $69, and we expected to receive 4 cards according to the promotion rules. 🌯 In the Original Wrap, I found a bone-in chicken wing piece. I'm not sure if this was intentional, since the description didn’t specify what kind of meat would be used, but I certainly didn’t expect anything hard inside and could have easily chipped a tooth. We might come back for the taste, but this kind of service really undermines the overall experience. I hope the management takes this...

I ordered Nene Chicken through Uber Eats and went to pick it up after receiving a notification that it was ready. Upon arrival, a female staff member informed me that my order wasn’t ready yet. I waited for 30 minutes, during which time I noticed customers who arrived after me receiving their orders before me. Feeling something was amiss, I inquired again, and this time a male staff member assisted me. He retrieved my order, and I pointed out that the receipt indicated it was prepared at 8:07 PM. The female staff member explained that the printed time could differ as it’s pre-set, assured me that my chicken was freshly made and warm, and offered to remake it if I wished. Having already waited 30 minutes, I declined the offer and took the order home, only to find that the chicken was cold. If there was a option for no stars that would 100% be what i would select as I ordered chicken on Valentine’s Day and they gave it to me pink with blood still dripping out and there was a hair on the kitchen, they all denied a refund and just kept giving me false information for the people I needed to contact in regards to this terrible experience, I spent $42 on this food for me to have one bite of a singular piece of chicken, I did not eat or throw the kitchen away I just kept demanding a refund or it to be made again but cooked for longer but yet again I got denied and pushed to the side, I always used to love going there for there cheesticks as I can’t get salmonella for that, but I decided to try the chicken as it was the only shop open and that is what me and my partner had to experience on Valentine’s Day, still haven’t gotten a refund not happy with this place I recommend the cheese sticks but nothing else unless you want...
