The best cooking class I have ever been to! I wanted to learn how to cook crepes using my own equipment and in my own kitchen. I didn't want a large class where you feel like you only learnt a portion of what was on offer or a class where they use a large crepe stove! After consulting with Pierre I arranged a 4 hour cooking course that included crepes - Pierre named it "a trip to Bretagne". Aperitif with black olive tapenade and French apple cider from Bretagne Crepes both sweet & buckwheat - a variety of traditional garnishes French liver parfait Prawns dish & Bisque sauce with capsicum and tomato We arranged it for Mother's day and my family absolutely loved it. It was a great afternoon and a perfect gift. We all learnt new skills, spent time together and had a great lunch afterwards. Pierre is polite, professional and great teacher, and importantly an amazing chef. He is now catering my mum's 70th in a couple of months as well - it was such a nice experience to have a home. Pierre has this innate ability to turn your own home into a high-end restaurant. His menus are so beautifully curated and the food is always delicious. Pierre cooked all the food for a private dinner party I hosted and was so helpful from start to finish - including suggesting improvements to my menu and the perfect wine pairings, helping me with my budget, the table layout and guest dietary requirements, and then delivering a delicious dinner. Pierre and his team served a fantastic 8 course degustation birthday lunch for 10 adults and 4 children. It was such a pleasure to have great food in a relaxed environment in your own home.
