AVOID! Red flags all around.
Food was extremely questionable and of no quality/ taste; I would still consider it a waste of money even with the cheap pricing. Meat patty was not of any quality, flavour or freshness; I'm fairly sure this was low grade sausage meat. Also even though this was the kids meal it consisted of a terrible patty, bad GF bun and tomato sauce with some chips. Pretty disappointing for a burger joint. The 'GF' option meant the bun was the classic stale cardboard that ruins a meal BUT even worse, the chips which I enquired about to ensure were gluten free were most definitely NOT. I understand these options can be hard but as a health condition it is extremely important that allergies are handled seriously and properly disclosed, regardless of the taste or money.
Venue was not well maintained. The bathroom had a puddle of urine on the floor, bin overflowing with rubbish, insects flying around and no surface was clean. I walked past the storage area which seemed to have moisture, mold and dirt throughout and I can only hope there isn't actual food being stored there.
Sorry but I am unsure major improvements could save a place so far gone. I guess the food was quick to come especially considering there was one person on staff but unfortunately nothing else...

When we tried to call their number, it went straight to voice-mail after multiple attempts.
If your restaurant is unable to make orders, then don't allow us to make them and waste over an hour of time with no recourse, explanation or way to contact you.
Edit: I have increased my stars review from 1 to 3 after an insightful and clear response from the business, who explained that cancellation occurs on UberEats end when a driver cannot be found, which is out of the restaurant's control.
However the telephony system (straight to voicemail) is still a notable problem. If the business is able to implement a digital telephony platform (e.g.: Genesys) to allow customers to be placed on hold, then I will gladly increase this to a 5...

We got served hotdogs on a burger bun without it being acknowledged, so I said to the owner when leaving, "next time, you should have mentioned you were going to serve us hotdogs on burger buns, otherwise I would have ordered something else" And he's like "we didn't know either!!" And he got very defensive about the situation when I'm trying to give useful feedback- he wasn't showing any responsibility. You didn't realise you ran out of hot dog buns so you couldn't come to the table and say "just a heads up..." ???
This was the second chance I gave this place, as our first experience was bad too.
In addition, most of the burgers have bacon on it which shows theres not much variety. And you have to pay for the sauce for your chips!!
