A bit disappointed with customer service today from a staff and her name is Anna ( not sure if she wears correct name tag from herself or other person). I ordered 1 tuna avo roll, 1 salmon avo roll, 1 scallop nigiri , 1 salmon and 1 spicy salmon nigiri, 1 salmon dragon. First, she should put in one box instead of 2 like photo. No baking paper at the bottom like other staff doing Second, when i asked for a bag, she said no bag and said that they only had the big reusable bag. No convenient for me when i want to shop around as well. Third, no asking miso soup when the shop has current offer for free miso or green tea if purchasing $17 or more. I understand that i ordered around 8:30pm. Very late time and of course everyone wants to go home but hope she would treat customers nicer. The poorest service! I stood at the register point as I wanted sushi from the opp side to where she was I was the only person there. She took money from current person then went to the other far end from me to take order from 2 girls that just arrived after me. 2 other employees saw me, didn’t come to serve. After that she took payment again from a person approaching then went back to serve a new guy approaching! Totally ignoring that I was stss asn ding there at counter. Clearly it was because I wasn’t Asian as she was refusing to serve me & there was no other reason. Got the tuna and avocado roll. The most simple roll you can order. It was absolutely disgusting. I had to call and confirm the ingredients because I swore it tasted like there was a bunch of onion in it. The lady on the phone told me it’s only tuna and avocado and would not offer me a refund or anything.
