Lovely little family run cafe with courtyard at back, suitable for people with dogs, large prams etc. Fast service with reasonable prices. ACCESSIBILITY: Street parking available, wheelchair access with ample spaces to bring a dog and have your coffee etc. MENU: Reasonably priced salads, sandwiches, burgers, breakfasts, Banh Mi, etc. They also sell loaves of bread, lots of treats, gluten free Christmas snacks. But this is the best part...

Simply put, the bacon egg roll is Next-level. Generous size, artisan bread, lots of bacon, caramelized onion, some nice green leaves, and surprisingly not expensive, given how much better it is compared to nearby places. I've tried a bacon egg roll at every other place in this strip and nearby, and nothing comes close.

I treat myself once a week to a cafe breakfast, and this has become my favourite.
