Convenience is key for this cafe. It's got a great location in the middle of the Westfield. The menu options are fairly standard. You can get cooked breakfast and lunch options that focus on bread, bacon, eggs and assorted extras. They have healthy options too, like quinoa salads and acai berry smoothie bowls. They have some great pastries in the cake cabinet near the register. Service was quick, but you have to order at the counter and there is no split bills allowed. The scrambled eggs were ok, but could have used a bit more of a gentle touch. They weren't as fluffy as I would have liked. The coffee was great though. Very nice. They have the kilojoules written on the menu too, which is cool for those who are into that kind that thing.

The price for the food is more affordable than other cafes in the same shopping mall, but sometimes you also get what you paid. The coffee is good, but not to “fantastic”. I have tried twice ordering some sort of “breakfast” type food served on sourdough, for both times the side of the bread was too burnt. I have to chew the burnt side off the bread. And so overall the sourdough was quite hard. The service is alright and staff is friendly, however it’s confusing sometimes they asked you to sit wait to be served, while sometimes when they are too busy you have to order at the counter. The environment is nice and peaceful.

Was craving for an Acai bowl cause it was hot outside & decided to try the bowl here. I'd say it's a decent acai bowl; bananas, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, coconut shreds & some granola. Sat down waited for our order to come and a waitress immediately came and ask if we would want to have water. A few mins later, the Acai bowl came and decided to share it with my friend, the waiter there was so observant... he came and brought us another spoon. All servers were quick & polite... and that is GOOD SERVICE. Price: $17

I never had anything from here thankfully and will make sure I will never have anything in my life. I was there half an hour back with my 11 months old baby and requested a lady working over there very politely saying word “ please” - if she can give one wooden spoon to me.. she bluntly answered straight to my face “30cents for that”. Instead of using the word sorry and saying that we can’t give like that. I walked ahead .. asked from the New Zealand juice store .. they were happy to give to me like that without asking for anything. I went back straight to that woman and said she could be more generous towards people .. there are some people who give such things without asking anything in return. She smirked back at me while sipping her drink. There are ways to decline to people request by saying a beautiful word sorry. Please teach your workers to be polite and respectful to people.

Reply to the owner- Wow … coming from the owner … I was with baby, a distressed mother … asked for help… I requested and asked if you could just give it to me. The answer was simple … sorry we can’t provide for free. There was no way to be rude to others. There is always a good way to talk to people. Nobody carry 30 cents these days in their pocket to walk around in the mall. Even if you will ask a millionaire they will not be able to give it to you. Your intention was not to help. Go and Learn some humanity. This is not regarding money. Shameful of you .. disgusting of you. Thanks for your reply owner. By the way how much do you charge for providing a single tissue paper? At least people will know what kind of a person the owner is. See you tomorrow, I will come again to buy 1$ wooden spoon. That will be 3 spoons. Left with 10 cents. Keep the change please pack it for me. I will come tomorrow and collect it...

The coffee is good. The rest isn’t. Their food is designed for children not an adult. The pancakes need to be bigger. I am glad we had it for dessert or else I wouldn’t eat it as a breakfast.

We never had an issue with customer service but now I am questing our visits. We had an issue with one of the staff because we ordered a dirty chai and we clearly asked if it comes with 2 shots of coffee and she said yes. Then she comes back with the drink and added only one. She said sorry it’s my fault but it only came with one!! Well did you not think to ask us before you made the drink??? Or did you not think that this is your mistake and you should be providing the drink with 2 shots regardless!!!

We told that her that obviously it’s your fault and we need the second shot of coffee. She got the shot with the atm machine to pay the 60cents!!! This girl does not know how to deal with customer service at all. We ended up not paying because it wasn’t about the money but about the principal.

Manager should definitely rethink some of their staff. We had good experience with a few and were...

Very bad food and worst customer service. I have been eating here since a couple of years and the quality has degraded consistently. I had a smashed avo today and the sourdough was not toasted and cold from the storage. My partner ordered a green bowl with poached egg. They forgot the poached egg and then when asked brought a boiled one. It wasn’t busy and there were 4 people working behind the counter, still it was so difficult to get two breakfast plates right? They charged me $16.50 for a raw and probably stale avo smash with no veggies only feta. So bad and unethical. Dont even try to say that you dont remember serving this and all because i have the receipt. People trust you with their food and pay you. Least you can do is be ethical if you can’t be good at your job. The manager was very very rude and unapologetic. Never...
