If you’re looking for a hidden gem with unforgettable food, Timur Indian and Nepalese Restaurant should be at the top of your list. It’s a bit quiet for the twist they got , but don’t let that fool you—the flavors here speak louder than any crowd. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. We were lucky to be served by Miss Susmita, whose service was genuinely excellent. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had great knowledge of the menu. You could tell she cared about making sure we had a good experience. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavor, clearly made with love and skill. The momo was fresh and juicy, the butter chicken was rich and comforting, and the naan was the perfect balance of soft and crisp. You could taste the quality in every bite. What stood out most was the flawless teamwork between the front of house and back of house. Our food arrived hot, fresh, and right on time. There was a clear flow between the kitchen and the service staff, and that kind of coordination really made a difference in our dining experience. Timur is a perfect example of why you should never underestimate quiet places. The ambiance is calm, but the food and service are vibrant and full of heart. Whether you’re familiar with Nepalese cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place won’t disappoint. Highly recommend stopping by—bring a friend, try something new, and definitely ask for Miss Susmita if she’s around. Big applause to the entire BOH and FOH team. You all nailed it! Ps: singular floor staff handling bar, counter , service @ front and help BOH… single handedly keep going team!

We ordered momo plater, within a second we just asked the man(host) to not place the order give us few moment. The ordered two different momos dine in one chowmein take way. We were served with platter and other two moms as well. When we let the waitress know she wanted to help but we said we will take it home too, not to worry. Thought that poor man made mistake lets not put him in any drama. That man named shaksham has really bad hosting attitude. 1. He did not pay any attention to the people if anyone need anything. 2. Lastly, when he came to ask in very rude manner if everything was right. 3. When we thought Just let him know his mistake, so that does not repeat it. VERY RUDE WAY HE SAID WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY "BUT YOU ATE THEM ALL, DID NOT YOU" THAT IS MANNERLESS BEHAVIOUR HE GOT FROM HIS FAMILY SHOULD KEEP IT IN HOME NOT IN WORKPLACE. HELP YOURSELF!!!!

The food is great! The best dish was the prawn curry. The prawns were perfectly cooked and the gravy was nicely spiced but still creamy and didn't over power the prawns. The naan is soft and pillowy and I liked the tandoori Momo but it is not the best I have had, still good though. The staff were great and offered us some Nepalese beer that wasn't on the menu. It was nice to try. The only slight disappointment was that they were so busy that we had to sit near the door and it was difficult to open and close for patrons. The cold air was a bit off-putting. They don't have heaters outside either so it's not very pleasant to sit outside in the evenings.

Yesterday we visited the place. We ordered lamb chops... when we were having our food some drunker jerk person came inside the restaurant and asking from food from us. And he was starring to the lamb chops and asking that. I felt bad ... then i called the person who was in the bar.. he did not even bother that somebody who is drunk and weird in the restaurant and disturbing the customers... after few second he came and i told to give one lamb chop to the weird person... The bar guy took the bowl and gave the chop to the person and send outside... and that person took a bite from that chop and kept the chop in the bowl... and that bar guy kept the bowl in our table.. i was surprised that how he can do that.. that restaurant in Parramatta in Church Street the people working there they dont know the manners. He spoiled all my relaxing hours... and then another person was there and i told the incident to that person and he said sorry. And after many times later the bar guy came and said sorry. I will never go there never ever though the food was good... the bar guy is little bit weird .. his way of talking i did not like... something not right with this guy...very...

Went yesterday with my husband, ordered chilly mushroom - order came after 40-45 minutes with approx 5 mushrooms unbearably saucy. A little to moderate sauce is fine but was just too much. Ordered main course- Dal Makhni and shahi paneer, but the server came to us after another 25 minutes, asking us what were we waiting for? Lol, and he took our order!! Okay, no problems with that too. Waited and waited for more than an hour and finally our main course arrived, with nothing but cream all over in Dal and Paneer that it literally made the curries look white and the quantity was so little that even two people would struggle to eat. It was heavily drenched in cream and it took the spices away. It tasted extremely bland. Rotis were fine. This was such a huge disappointment when the order took 2 hours altogether and it was just so bad, that we had to gulp it down for the sake of how hungry we were and the food was on table and just had three more tables occupied. Was not even busy. I will never visit...
