Two Fratelli Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

I’ve dealt with this proprietor many times and have ignored that he’s not the most personable character but today was the last straw. I’ve been there often enough over the last five years for him to know who I am but he still treats me like a complete stranger and speaks rudely to me and everyone who comes in. After lamenting with him that he was alone today and running a busy cafe he shortly told me “I’m always alone. It’s gonna be 15 minutes. I would love to give this more given the reviews but I went in today and I just can't. My food was inedible. A sweet potato fritter that was as hard and dry as old cardboard topped in spinach that was drenched with oil in the hope that it might soak into the cardboard beneath. I like crispy bacon but the bit i had was so well done a dog could use it as a chew toy.

While they did take this off the bill and apologise the admission to my husband after that I was served yesterday's fritter was a shock and complete turn off.

I used to come here 3x a week, awesome salads! Unfortunately they removed the $9.90 vegetarian salad and now there isnt a salad on the new menu without meat which is bizare. I keep feeling ripped off having to get the chicken chorizo salad, without the chicken nor the chorizo and without feta (which annoyingly was still in the salad today) yet I still get charged $13.90. Admittedly they add green beans but I still feel out of pocket. Please bring back a salad without meat. Will be going...
