Poor Service, Poor Food and Bar Staff instructed by Manager to Rip Patrons Off with their Drinks.

Attended a booked 21st Birthday Celebration here for 15 people. Upon arrival tables weren't set up so the whole party was together and we had to find extra chairs ourselves so everyone had a seat.

Everyone's Meals came out staggered over a 1.5 hour period so it wasn't a dinner where everyone ate together - Great way to celebrate someone's birthday. Most ordered the Steak Special and most ordered Med-Rare or Rare. All came out Well Done - Tuff - Rubbery. If you paid extra for the "Salad" you received a couple of leaves of Coral lettuce and that's it. For the 2 poor people who ordered the Caesar Salad theirs came out last (2hours) and after 2/3 of the party had left. It was soggy looking almost like soup and the eggs were cooked properly.

On 3 occasions I went to the bar to order 2 x Canadian Club drinks that were on Tap. On the 1st occasion when the bar staff started to serve the drinks he filled each glass 3/4 full of Ice. I said "hey mate not so much ice please" he replied "we have to otherwise the Manager gets really angry with us and he watches us on the camera". Same thing happened the next 2 times I went and I got pretty much the same response from 2 other bar staff.

$24 for 2 x Canadian Club drinks in which each glass would not have had more than 100mls of Canadian Club. Or if it was poured from 1 x can of Canadian Club there still would have been 1/3 of the can left. So based on that $72 for 2 x Cans of Canadian Club !

Absolutely disgusting experience and I feel for 21st Birhtday Girl and her mother...

Atmosphere was great a bit overcrowded for such a small venue but music was good. But what has me disappointed and a little shocked was that in order to get a table we had to pay $450 which was suppose to include food. Only for us to only get $200 worth of food which we had to wait 30min between each dish and then had to remind them that we’re still waiting for 4 more dishes with the chef showing us a sheet that had a cross through our booking saying it meant our booking was completed. Which it hadn’t and at this point we had been at the venue for more than 3 hours! Would have been happier if we received more value for money along with faster time of...

Went there for a friends birthday. There were a few platters of food floating around and I thought the food was okay but nothing to write home about. I remember the sweet potato fries being very good though.

Get cash out before you come here. There is a $20 minimum on card payments at the bar. In the age of contactless payment you're probably wondering why that is. The answer is simple. There is an ATM next to the bar that charges $2.80 per transaction. You do the maths.

The venue itself is nice and at least one of the bar staff was working like a hurricane churning out drinks, which kept the line small.
