We recently celebrated a birthday dinner at Busselton Pavilion with a table of 11, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. We had our 4-month-old baby with us, who was quite unsettled at the time. Recognising the noise level in the general dining area was too much for him, we asked if we could move into the private function room. The staff were incredibly understanding and kindly accommodated our request without hesitation.

The level of service was exceptional, and we were all blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. Despite the larger group, they managed to cater to our every need with a smile. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that satisfied everyone at the table.

As a parent, dining out with a baby can be quite challenging, but the staff at Busselton Pavilion made us feel completely at ease and well taken care of. Additionally, I was thrilled to see dairy-free options on the menu, catering to my allergy, which is something many restaurants often overlook.

Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend Busselton Pavilion to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. From the excellent service to the delightful food, everything was perfect. We will definitely...

Atmosphere was great and staff were lovely. We came twice to this establishment and the first time ordered two bowls of fries. Both were so over cooked they were dry cardboard and visibly extremely burnt. (Lack of attention to detail, it would’ve been clear to the staff serving them )

Thought we would give it a second try so came for dinner the next night. Ordered the pasta. Lady asked if I wanted to have truffle. No mention of additional price ! I asked “Does it come with truffle. “ She said not usually but we have some in tonight (this is where she should’ve said it’s additional ) 12 dollars extra when the bill came.

Then ordered sticky date pudding. It came with chocolate sauce and no caramel sauce. The chocolate sauce overpowered the sticky date flavour and the whole pudding tasted like chocolate pudding.

The staff were really lovely but feel the food lacked attention to detail.

I think for me it’s the kind of place you might go for drinks only. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Ps the chicken roll was...

Came here in April 24 and had an incredible meal. We were pumped to eat here again and was the first place we went out for lunch when we came back to Busselton this week. Chalk and cheese comparing our food.

When we first ate here, the steak came with chips, we ordered through the app this time and the photo of the meal had chips. Steak came out with no chips. We asked the waiter but he said it was an old photo. That wasn’t a big issue. (Charging $8 for chips is an issue though)

For a $36 steak it was small, tough and not cooked to medium rare request. I genuinely think the steak we got was a chuck steak or porterhouse or something else. Definitely wasn’t scotch, I could barely chew it down to swallow. Iv never sent a meal back but this was the closest I got.

Big shame. Hopefully they manage to dish out a standard of food like we got when we first came because it’s a cool venue. Will give it one last chance next time, probably won’t get the...

First time having a drink at Pavilion and we had a really nice Lager from Pelican, my friend had a hot chicken roll with gravy and chips, he said the gravy was very thin and watery and they'd put some kind of mayonnaise mixture on the chicken which he didn't like but to their credit they took it back and gave him the roll without the mayonnaise. The lunchtime menu was very limited but not sure about the dinner menu. Definitely give it a go though.

Visiting Busselton Pavilion was an exceptional experience! Cyndal and George made us feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. The Friday wine tasting showcased the best wines from the Margaret River region, and the food was truly Michelin-star quality. The atmosphere was perfect, easily deserving a 10-star rating. Highly recommend for a memorable visit!

What a surprise. Exquisite food, beautifully prepared and presented at reasonable prices. Seafood pasta was divine. Wonderful attentive and friendly service Only issue for me I found the wooden chairs uncomfortable. Not a biggie... but I had to pad the chair back with a jacket to stop the top rail digging in.
