A lovely little Italian - we arrived without a booking and managed to get a seat, but I’d recommend booking beforehand to ensure you get a spot as there aren’t many tables at this restaurant. The staff are welcoming, although we did feel a little rushed to order. The food took quite a while, but it was delicious when it arrived. We had a white pizza (essentially cheesy garlic bread), I had salmon fettuccine and partner had a creamy marinara seafood spaghetti. They were well presented and well cooked - for me personally, a little too much lemon used in my dish but by no means made it unpleasant. We also had a couple of glasses of red wine which was really nice. The atmosphere was lively and inviting. As well as eating in, they offer takeaway and there was a steady stream of customers coming in to collect orders in the hour and 30 mins (or so) that we were there, so it’s obviously a popular spot. Toilets are out the back of the restaurant, which felt a little strange to get to - you go through a door from the main restaurant and into a sort of courtyard where there’s a lot of restaurant items but the facilities were clean and well kept. I’d recommend to go here, lovely food and atmosphere and relatively well priced.

Fist of all, this is the BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT I have been to in WA, too bad they have to be in Geraldton and not Perth 😅, but I guess it's also a good thing if you know what I mean hehe. I recommend that you book a table before you go, my partner and I didn't have a booking as we didn't think it was going to be that busy. We arrived at the restaurant at 18:30 and they told us the next table will be available at 19:45, so we thought we could over a takeaway instead, but then they informed us that our food won't be ready until 19:20, so we decided to wait for the table. We ended up getting a table around 19:20 but didn't get the food until 20:30. It's a long wait, I know, but let me tell you that it was WORTH IT!!! Having a scoop of their Gelato was a cherry on top🍒😋. Would definitely visit again if we happen to visit Geraldton again.

We tried this place recently while in Geraldton for the night Firstly we had to wait 50 mins for it to be ready (takeaway) which is understandable as it was a Friday night and if it was good as the ratings said it was, it would be worth it...but it wasn't. We ordered spag bog (without parmesan), gnocchi pomodoro and garlic bread. The garlic bread was one of the worst I've had. Was more like a pizza shapre and tasted like we were eating cardboard. Spag bog came with parmesan despite me specifically saying 'no parmesan' and the even lady repeated this back. And the gnocchi - didn't even taste like gnocchi, and was also very peppery. I didn't even finish it, and that is unheard of for me Not sure how this place got such a high rating but sadly we wouldn't go back

Update: Tried to give this place another chance. Arrived for our booking, and were ushered into an outdoor waiting area as the table wasn’t ready. Once seen to our table, waited for 30 minutes without even a drinks order taken while tables were cleared around us. Walked out because we got sick of waiting. Service seriously leaves a lot to be desired at this restaurant. ——————————————————————— I ate here recently and was sadly disappointed for the most part. The bruschetta we received was served on seemingly stale bread that was hard to cut through even with a steak knife. It also lacked flavour and seasoning. However, the main meals were lovely and my main reason for the 3 stars. I gave this feedback to one of the waitresses and was told that the reason the bread was hard was that they make it fresh daily and that it is pressed and toasted. Whatever they do to the bread, it was stale-tasting, and somehow dense and soggy at the same time. I felt this wasn't acknowledged by the service staff when I commented on this, which I was reluctant to do in the first place. I only leave this review because my feedback in person felt dismissed. I'm sure others have had this same experience, especially given some of the defensive replies by the owners to other poor google reviews.

With regards to the service, two of the waitresses were friendly, but the other main server seemed disinterested. We were hoping to order more drinks, but this wasn't possible as nobody checked in on our table during service. Our mains were served while we were still halfway through trying to cut the cardboard bruschetta. An awkward shuffle of large plates onto the table next to the unfinished entree ensued. Multiple people were turned away because the restaurant was fully booked while many tables sat empty and uncleared. Customers seated themselves after waiting for prolonged periods without service staff attendance. Some basic front of house and service training would benefit your staff. I will acknowledge that it was a particularly busy night, however it seemed understaffed for the demands and balancing the dine in, take away and gelato customers.

I witnessed another poor customer trying to carve his stale bruschetta as I was leaving- I'm sorry I couldn't have warned you...

Terrible Service, not welcoming, possibly racist?!!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant but had to wait for more than half an hour and still didn’t get our food (one dish). We eventually got up and left. The hype of the food was good thus wanted to try it but the service was appalling. Had to wait for a long time to be acknowledged by a staff to be seated and clearly they were doing nothing and had looked our way multiple times. We had to go and ask the staff about seating before they acknowledged us and helped us to a seat. Once ordered our food we had to wait for half an hour and still no food thus we decided to get up and leave. When we expressed this to the staff they didn’t apologise or listened to our problem rather justified that “it could be next” and that “it’s a Saturday night and they are busy”. We acknowledged that they might be busy coz it’s Saturday night but, funnily, the people that came after us got our exact food within 5mins after they ordered, coincidence? I’m not sure if they didn’t give us the food coz we were Indians or whatever. The service was terrible and it was not at...
