My friends and I went tonight and the food is very disappointing. Iv had this place recommended by a colleague I work with at the hospital and it sounded pretty good so I took my two of my friends. I felt so embarrassed to my friends. The pad Thai was very dry and bland, the chicken satay in skewer was undercooked, the curry puffs were overbaked, milk chai was super milky. It costs $95 and I spoke to the lady at the counter honestly about the food and how disappointed I was. I’m a food enthusiast I don’t mind paying $$$ for good food but I really felt gutted with this one so I felt I needed to be honest to them. The lady at the counter spoke to the cook and all the lady told me is they apologise. No compensation. To be honest, other restaurants would have done better than that or offer not to pay at all. Dine in at about 8pm after cinema , Friday 27 June A friend had loads of good reviews from your restaurant, she’s decided to bring us here . However she was embarrassed for bringing us as the food was not up to standards . Curry puffs were overcooked ( did not take photos ) , phad thai opted for less sweet however it was bland , pale & noodles itself were clumping to each other . Chickenstay was undercooked I believe . Thai milk tea weren’t authentic enough. There’s still leftover of 1 curry puffs , 2 chicken satay sticks & phadthai on our table . I have never had to leave a review , but as a person that have lived in Bangkok , Thailand for over 10 years . This is not authentic Thai. My friend did raised the concern to the girl that was serving us , however all she said was “ sorry” . I feel like this is not good enough . I am happy to be contacted if needed...

They say it’s hard to find good food in a smaller cities and towns in Australia, and that is absolutely true in so many places. I asked some friends from Geraldton where is a good place for dinner for a gluten free person, And their feedback was not encouraging. So when I ordered take way from this Bonny restaurant I was not expecting much…..

But my was I wrong. It was a delicious yellow curry, and pad Thai to share with two people and a I was very impressed. Especially with the curry and it’s flavour, to compare with true food from the streets of Chiang Mai. As someone who used to go to Thailand every year back in the day, this meal took me back.

The portion for takeaway was enough to fill me and the kind and helpful communication of the staff here was a really gift. When I next go to Geraldton I will...
