Avoid this place!!!

Reason: Today I ordered portion of middle ćevapčići with french fries & cheese (known as kajmak).

The bartender asked me do I want a bun and I said I would like half.

Then he brought small portion of čevapčići with half bun and french fries on the side instead of middle čevapčići with french fries and the bun.

Since I was alone in the whole restaurant this was very weird and it was obvious he tricked me.

When I was ordering, I saw on the menu that middle čevapčići with french fries are 7 € and I payed 9 € for small portion with french fries and a half bun...

...I believe he intentionally brought small portion so that I have to pay french fries 3.5 € separately because with the middle portion you get it for additional 1 € which is clearly written on the menu.

This is also the reason he didn't offered the receipt when I wanted to pay so I asked for it.

On the receipt it was written: 5.5 € for čevapčići + 3.5 € for french fries and he said half bun is 0.5 € which wasn't stated on the bill.

When I asked him why he did it he was just quiet and while I was going out I heard him saying to his colleague in the kitchen that I am complicated.

Another thing is that this is "Croatian restaurant" and these guys are not Croatian but Albanian (which last name Demiri clearly indicates together with the language they spoke among themselves) even though he did spoke Croatian. Their menu has nothing to do with Croatian cuisine but more kind of Balkan one, I know it since I'm native Croatian just...

Ich habe einen Grillteller plus ein Fladenbrot und Salat bestellt. Es kam ein gatschiges Fladenbrot mit paar Čevape, lieblos reingeschmissen plus die zwei (lieblosen) Beilagen. Da ich drei hungrige Kids Zuhause,- die Hunger hatten, zwei davon hauptsächlich sich auf die Pommes freuten, rief ich an und reklamierte den Fehler. Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie gerade überfordert wären, sie entschuldigten sich und meinten, ich soll noch einmal ne Kleinigkeit bestellen, und sie bringen mir den Grillteller. Paar Minuten danach, rief mich ein unverschämter Mann an, der mich beschimpfte, mir Betrug anhängte und dann einfach auflegte. Meine Kids traurig, weil es keine Pommes gab, das gatschige Fladenbrot+ Tiefkühl Chevape kam in den Müll. Erneute Bestellung reklamiert aber bisher nicht rückgebucht worden. Bisher schlechtetes Restaurant in ganz Europa welches ich kennen lernen (musste). Qualitativ schlechtes Essen, fehlerhafter Service, unverschämt/aggressiver Umgang mit Kunden! -Sterne wären immer noch zu wenig! Unprofessionelles Verhalten, minderwertige Qualität. Ich habe 18€ für ein nasses Brot mit paar Chevape gezahlt. Insgesamt ü 45€ für das, einen Löffel voll Salat, ein Brot und eine Beleidigung! Laut Bewertungen auf Foodora, liefern sie ja anscheinend gern und oft unvollständige Bestellungen! Der Laden sollte...

Very nice and cozy place in the center of Graz. We came in late afternoon. It wasn't too busy The food was really great. If you are looking for home made food, look no more.
