Paul & Bohne - Lendplatz — Restaurant in Graz

Generally I like Paul und und Bohne, as they’ve given me some advice on filter coffee when I first started out making coffee „professionally“, so the baristas generally know what they’re doing. I’m not too sure about the general skill of some people working there now. Sometimes unfriendly, and generally disinterested is what I would describe my few interactions with one taller, brown haired girl; which works very loudly and is in her phone all the time. Concerning the coffee, the long black tastes „vegetably“; milk drinks aren’t bad with the kind of roast profile, so I’d recommend them.

I've been only once (so far) but can already tell that this place will be one of my return-to's! the coffee is really tasty and the baristas recommendation was spot on. the place has a modern & classy interior and in the back one can find a small room that reminds more of a living room rather than a café. they have board games and sweets as well that invite for a longer stay and to enjoy some quality time. You can also buy the coffee beans they serve at the counter, along with other coffee equiptment. prices are reasonable and justified given the high quality of the product.

Visited 1st time at the coffee shop. The front porch was full so I took a chance of asking the young lady at the counter if there is any other sitting place. The lady in turn latched and dictated I must order first. I was a lil flabbergasted!

As I had fixed a meeting with my client I had to look for a place first to settle and then order. The lady was not only rude on the face, she was clanking the cups and spoons loud to show her aggression... this made the environment loud and unpleasant. Unfortunately, I had to stay there for a meeting... but swear, never in this...
