The Kunstpause is a Cafè and restaurant in the building of the Landesmuseum (national museum). It is having the most beautiful and iconic terrace in Innsbruck right in front of the museum where you will be able to relax in the sun from 10 a.m. until it will disappear behind the mountains in the evening. The new team running this place since March '19 is a mix of young, creative and welcoming people coming from aboard or born in Innsbruck. They manage it to make every guest happy and feel welcomed. They offer a variety of drinks. I recommend to have an iconic "Weis-Sauer" (Austrian white wine mixed with sparkling water served with icecubes and a slice of lime). If you want to enjoy the city like the locals do than have three of them and relax in the sun. The new young chef creates daily fresh meals which are delicious and creative but not expensive at all.
All in all: Recomendable for everyone who wants to feel the real...
